I didn’t like that that didn’t play for fights Saturday night. Other than that it was a great experience.

The rooms where clean and the ac was cold. The pool was clean and the pool staff was very helpful and nice.

Check in and check out time was to late and to early not a 24 hour stay. Front desk did not go over spa special or amenities. Very short and impersonal. The worker from the resturants to the casino did not make things intising (did not really look happy or friendly just doing their job). I did not really want to participate in anything on the property after checking in. We did dine at Buba Gumps but the lady cleaning up outside made for a tense atmosphere (not wanting people to sit in an are due to the clouds looking like rain and it didn't but to be fair their were a couple of people not dinning trying to flirt with or bother her sitting at an end table).

The view was good.

Room was dirty so we had to change rooms but the second room the covers felt damp, like they didn’t get dry in the dryer, hall and rooms has a damp odor , no Buffett , went to the palace to eat, ate one time at Forrest Gump it was soso,, We used to love this hotel and have stayed several times but don5 think we will visit again, pool was the best part

There wasn’t a refrigerator or microwave. The entire floor we were on smelled like an ashtray, our room did not thank goodness. The hot water only worked 1/2 of the time.

Room is outdated. The linen had spots on them and the bathroom had hair everywhere from the previous guest.

None of the electrical outlets worked in the room and I sleep with a CPAP, by the time we discovered it, it was late, I wasn’t changing rooms so I did without. Also there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room

The room was dirty. Phone was broken so we could not call for assistance.. Staff were not the friendliest when we walked down for assistance. Bed was very uncomfortable. Did not have anyone to service the room. The balcony door was very difficult to open. The bathroom light was hardly on and lighting overall was poor. The whole place could use an update.

It was in a good location and parking was free.

Staff was rude at times, casino isn't separate, so it isn't a family oriented place. The building is ran down and the tub didn't work.

The facility is close to the beach and there are several restaurants inside.

ISSUES WE HAD WITH OUR STAY! day 1 ISSUES 1. chips on floor under the desk in our room when we arrived 2. ice machine working on floor not working 3. SHOWER-rat sized hair ball had to call to remove, after unclogged drained SUPER slow, very slippery shower 4. packs of pjs products in hall on floor 5. open peanut peelings on floor in ice room 6. fruit fly in room day 2 ISSUES 1. water coming up through floor…over an hour we waited no one responded. moved to a new room at 10pm wasn’t offered an upgrade or anything! been a week since our stay and $100 security deposit placed on card has not been refunded! TERRIBLE!!!

The Staff had attitude, waited around for drinks no one to be seen and our room was dusty and shower looked dirty

Dirty sheets, no refrigerator or microwave in room, coffee maker didn't work, dusty very dusty. Layout of the room was not comfortable. TV remote was horrible.

Very VERY dirty rooms. Our feet were black from just walking around. Everything was caked in a layer of dust. Absolutely disgusting

Room was not as clean as we would have liked. The vent in the bathroom had gross black mold looking stuff in it. The beds also didn’t have a fitted sheet on them. The pool closed at 9 so that was also a disappointment.
