The staff can be rude or short with you. Some things need to be updated. The vending machine was messy.

Please make the casino smoke free. The Pakace is so wonderful being smoke free. Your tiny smoke Free slots area is still Smoky because the smoke migrates up the stairs from the casino.

Liked the heated pool and hottub, bed very comfy, staff very helpful.

Twice the water in the shower was cold but it eventually returned to hot..I just figured that everyone was taking a shower at the same time

Rooms need some updating. Couch was worn out, beds were hard. When you pay $500 for one night you expect super comfortable accommodations!

Beautiful pool and hot tubs, sadly they closed them 2 hours before the stated close time. We only got to enjoy the hot tub for 15 minutes.

Multiple staff members were simply rude and unhelpful. They need to remember visitors don’t know the layout/elevator’s/parking - they are confusing. Absent these personell interactions the overall would have been a #9 as compared to a #7.

I didn’t like that you had to walk through the casino with your luggage to get to the hotel check in. The night life entertainment was kind of dull.

The one thing that we did enjoy was Rush Bar our bartender was great I wish I can remember his name but he made it comfortable and enjoyable with some nice drinks.

The only downside and thing we weren't 100% pleased with, but wasn't a game changer, is no ice box or microwave in room. The room was also out dated and can tell it needed to be redone, as bathtub was rusting, etc. For my husband and I, it wasn't a big issue but for the price they should definitely be redone and for the price their should definitely be atleast a mini fridge and microwave. It wasn't bad for us for just the weekend but if we would've stayed longer or had the kids it would've been a big inconvenience. They should definitely take that into consideration because im sure others felt the same. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Loved all the different options within the facility and things to do/eat. Loved the environment.

The room was not really very clean. The cabinet doors were sticky. The safe would not work. I was dissappointed there was no refrigerator in the room. We had to ask for towels. No one came by to put towels in the rooms or clean the rooms without being asked to.

All we did was sleep there. Bed was very comfortable.

Electrical outlets needs to be replaced. Bathroom needs an extractor for better circulation.
