United StatesThere isn't anywhere to eat after 10pm (which we found was common to most of the casino's ) and they don't have microwaves in the rooms so there wasn't a way to heat up leftovers.
Very helpful staff. We woke up to a flat tire and a security employee had engineering called and they came with a portable air compressor and filled it up so we could get to Bullhead City and get it fixed. He refused a tip! Every time we even looked like we needed something an employee would ask if we needed help. Definitely will stay there again!

United StatesThe electricity went out this past Sunday evening (not their fault), but as of 11:30pm most guest rooms were still without air conditioning, as were parts of the casino and half their slot machines were also down. Apparently an "engineer" needs to go to each guest room and reset the A/C unit. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told that there wasn't one on duty and that there was nothing they could do. I ended up leaving at 11:30pm since I can't sleep in a hot room. The next day I reached out to them explaining the situation, and received a response stating that all of Laughlin experienced this (which was a lie), they were sorry, and by omission this is their policy. Their CEO believes that "there are no spare customers," but the Golden Nugget's new motto should be, "There's nothing we can do." Needless to say, I'm done with the brand.
The three main restaurants were fine.

United StatesMorning staff has no clue what they're doing I literally got stuck in the elevator and their way of fixing it was not telling us anything trying to call the fire department I got out of the elevator and they looked at me like have a nice day no we're sorry for this incident no here we can call me something no nothing and their staff member said oh yeah remember this elevated doesn't work and put no sign on it morning staff very horrible still waiting for my comp too.
