We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe didn't like that they weren't servicing the rooms, when the Pioneer, next door (which is an inferior hotel, in my opinion) was. We have travelled a lot lately and most hotels are back to servicing rooms, even if only upon request. GN would not. Additionally, the room was not very cold in temp. We couldn't seem to get it under 70. The pool was also quite warm, and dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, which was a little disappointing.
We like that there are a number of restaurant options available, and the front desk staff was exceptional. The location is great and we enjoy that they have table games. We also appreciate that there are mini fridges in the room.

United StatesThe room was a bit hot. This weekend was a 118 degrees...my room stayed on 78 which was hot for me. We were given a fan which saved the day.
The property is right on the water. We had a good view from our room. Walked the room setup...furniture a bit dated but nice. Very friendly staff...very accommodating. The restaurants meet our expectations. Very large bar/lounge area. No complaints with the casino. Satisfied with valet parking. Oval it was a good experience.
