Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesOur room was on the fourth floor and after the first night we woke up with sore throats from the smoke coming in from somewhere. The casino was smokey but the room was really a surprise to have so much of a smell overnight.
Great staff. The receipt says "M.Carver" for c/i which I guess is check in and she was wonderful about answering questions and explaining things. We visited Bubba Gump's twice and the food was very good. Our server, Lynette, went above and beyond to be sure that the meal of our fussy eater was just right. Everyone we dealt with on the staff was friendly and pleasant--they would be great neighbors!

United StatesBed was dirty. The floor was dirty. The coffee pot had sand in it and wasn't even plugged in. We had to move the coffee pot in order to plug it in to use it. The staff at the front desk was rude and had an "I don't care what your problem is" attitude. The casino was not warm and friendly. The restaurants had nothing under $30 per person. The slots were dated and super tight. Very few pay outs.
Not much. The shower had good hot water and pressure.

United StatesLack of air conditioning, cigarette smoke lingers in the air. No Roulette or Black jack machines. Bed in room 202 was lumpy
I took a cold shower as there was no hot water, my wife said her shower was hot so it must've been the old plumbing.

The guys were nice but they all looked unkempt in these 2nd hand wrinkled up too big suit coats. I was hit at check in with a bill for $414+ dollars when I was expecting $212+ !!!! Had to only take 1 night because I didn't have enough money....embarrassed as hell!!!! Did not expect $200 pet fee!!!
1 Bartender named Roland was extremely nice and professional and enjoyed his job and great customer service. Housekeepers were very nice and UNDERPAID.

United StatesI would of liked a microwave and an actual coffee pot since I don’t drink alcohol and love my coffee Food and drink is absolutely ridiculous in price. $5 for a 12 ounce ice tea, are you kidding me, don’t shop at the store inside, just use the vending machine
Good location, convenient, clean

United Statesthe hotel has no food service until 7a. In a hotel, full of seniors, who get up earlier to start their daily adventures, there was nothing to eat until 7a. No coffee shop, like most hotels with casinos have. Also, NO fitness center. terrible amenities. I went to breakfast twice at the hotel across the street, who had earlier food service.
the Staff was helpful and friendly. mattress was good, sheets felt cheap, grainy. poor lighting at table in room, for make-up.

United StatesThe sheets in our room were dirty. I had to get all of my husbands beer when he was on the table games. From check in to the dealer all we heard was how understaffed they were. The employees at check in were a hot mess and rude. I asked the gentleman why check in is at 4 and check out is at 11 he has a little fit. Between dirty rooms, no waitress at the table games, and bad attitudes we will never stay again. If you’re that understaffed why are your room prices so high when you know it’s not for payroll. Crazy to say, this was my worst stay in Laughlin ever. My husband and I come down every 5/6 weeks to get out of Phoenix and will never stay here again. What a waste of money.

The handicap bathtub was not handicapped accessible. The faucet is to far from the bench. The shower head was unadjustable. The table leg at the desk was broken and the desk collapsed on my prosthetic 😣. The temperature was difficult to adjust. The toilet didn't flush well.
