it’s one of the best Hotel I stayed so far, the location is the best, it’s close to all the restaurants , campus and my daughter Dorm, also I like hanging out at the lobby window area, I was able to take out food and eat it there in peace, the rooms are clean and comfortable beds, I have the clock tower fir a view , it’s cool.

Comfortable spaces, fun old school university theme, student ID key cards featuring famous alums, pleasant bar and restaurants, very nice and accommodating staff all round (from the front desk to housekeeping to the bar). Also perfectly located for various campus and greater Telegraph Avenue doings.

IrelandI would have liked free water each day. Not too much to ask for at that room rate no ? When I went to reception to ask for a bottle of water on my second night they couldn't locate any. Breakfast (coffee and pastries in the bar really ? paid ? at that room rate ? ) and they only had oat milk on my second morning ! Room cleaning was often v. late in the day. Bathroom basin stopper broken. Restaurant menu is very limited.

United StatesMy room clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was someone's hair in the bed, food left in the fridge, a pair of jeans left out, dirty towels.... I mentioned that things had been left in the room to someone at the front desk and they didn't do anything. She just kind of laughed it off. With covid and monkeypox going around???? Come on now. Gross. I would have asked to have my room cleaned but I didn't notice how gross it was until I got back late that evening....ugh.
The room & bathroom are spacious, cute decor, nice tv. Nice location close to campus.
