We had a second floor room. Only outside stairs, no elevator and two of our group are almost 90 years and can’t do stairs. Also no good restaurant nearby.

Unfortunately when we went to book in our room was not ready. There was a staffing shortage and so we had to find something to do. On return over an hour and half later the room was still not ready. The person on reception apologised and offered us a different room which we took. The motel was quite a way out of the town.

The breakfast was adequate for our needs and the room was very clean and comfortable. The property looked quite new or had recently been updated.

The staff in the morning seemed less helpful. It took a while for us to figure out how to "reset" the hair blow dryer and she wasn't much help in that area.

We had never heard of a Green Tree Inn so we didn't know what to expect. The staff at check in was very pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable and it was a very good value.

Great hotel for a reasonable price. I love that it doesn't have carpet in the room. The carpet in hotel rooms is just so gross. The breakfast isn't great, but it is pretty much what I eat at home--oatmeal and coffee. Breakfast room is very small so guests are on top of each other.

The bath amenities smelled a lot like pine sol and really weren’t pleasant, even for hand washing.

The only thing I don't like but to a lot of people will be a plus this is at the far edge of town so it's right off the interstate which means it's kind of quiet and isolated which for some people especially traveling is good because it can actually see the hotel access it pretty easily with very little traffic interference. Parking is semi limited.

Got there at night light was on it was clean bedroom comfy you could tell if they were newer beds housekeeping was great overall it was just a really good experience for Holbrook we have family there in town so we stopped there quite a bit we've stayed at Days inn which isn't bad for Lexington and a few others this one was actually way better than expected.

The only letdown was the complimentary breakfast, I personally would accept a higher rate for a better breakfast but there are alternative breakfast places in Holbrook.

Very new and clean furniture, comfy beds. The best roadside budget motel during my recent 9 day roadtrip. Despite being sandwiched between Interstate and main road through town, we had a quite night there. Would book again any time when in the area (which is amazing, by the way).

Not much to say here. The coffee maker did not work. That was the only issue we had. But as they provide a continental breakfast we were able to get coffee there with no issues.

This was a nice little hotel. Located close to the petrified Forest national Park. It has a restaurant next door. The room was clean well maintained and a decent size. It had all the usual expected items. Soaps, shampoos, etc. It has a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, big screen TV, iron & hair dryer. They did provide a simple but decent continental breakfast with the room. The staff was friendly check in and out was efficient and quick.
