Excellent value for your money.everything is just perfect.good place to spend 2 nights for visiting the beautiful Petrified forest park which is a secret gem.the room is ready at 12,very convenient,continental breakfast included.who could ask for more ?

I had a really good stay here. I could park my car right in front of my room, which made loading and unloading very efficient. My room was also at the end of the building, so at night it was super quiet--not that there's much traffic on the road in the middle of the night. Everything was very clean; staff was friendly. Breakfast offered more than I expected. Excellent value.

The crazy staff who came to my door at 7.20 pm knocking like a crazy person asking me who I was and why was in this room ?? I told her it was the room assigned and I had the room card allowing me assess. She demanded my name and then just disappeared. I opened the door to an young lady sitting outside. I asked where the crazy person went and she stated " back to the office". Unfortunately no one came to explain or apologize. Then a guest came at 10:30 with yelling at their dogs for 1/2 hour and loud conversation outside my door... I will never stay here again . Sometimes recommendations from TripAdvisors and price reflect the best of the worst.

Problems with TV. Not enough hot water. AC unit very noisy. Water leaking at bottom of toilet, looks like they just put a bead of caulking where the toilet meets the floor rather than fixing it. Bathroom door knob ready to fall off.

Quiet even though close to road and hwy. The bed was excellent.

It is two stories and no elevator. If you have mobility problems, either get a floor on first floor or go to another hotel.

Our room was not ready at 430, yet check-in was published for 3 pm. Breakfast room had 3 little tables in a tiny space for a good-sized morel.loud stomping and footsteps above room.

Checked in and the room was occupied. Walked in on people very embarrassing went back to counter and the girl gave me a second occupied room. Very embarrassing to walk in on people. Disorganized asked for money back.

It's a great place to stay at a fair price. It seems to have had a recent update done to it. Due to my age, I requested a 1st floor room and the staff redid my booking to accommodate. I have stayed here twice already and will be back.

Breakfast has no hot foods, but with good selection of everything else, and the area is really clean and nice.

Very clean, updated facilities and HUGE room! Staff was friendly. Stay is right next door to a cute little restaurant that's perfect to walk over for dinner.

Small advice - try to doublecheck the room before checking in. You might find a few roaches under your bed. I was ready to assume it was an isolated case but scrolling through other reviews on google it seams to be a general problem here! Although the room seemed clean at first we soon found a dead cockroach on the floor. We asked for another room where we were greeted by 2 others, well and alive. We decided to leave the place immediately and look for something else. Obviously the hotel was very quick to take the full charge upfront and till now refuses to even discuss any refund even though we literally just visited two rooms and left the facility which probably took 30min in total. Smart way of making money. Quite sad really.

This is overall a very nice hotel for this price. It is hard to find something better with this price. I will choose this hotel again if I visit nearby areas.

The room had several cockroaches in it that we had to kill. The water in the shower never got hot. The temperature in the room was generally too hot or too cold. It wasn’t the most comfortable stay.

This is a very affordable motel. They had parking and the staff were friendly. The rooms seemed to be newly renovated.

Advertised a no smoking facility but room I was given stinker of smoke. On duty front desk found me an alternate room although not the type I booked. Room I stayed in was not cleaned well.
