The lady acted like we interrupted her night, yes we arrived later than expected due to road conditions. Then she couldn't find our reservation cause she kept misspelling my name. I tried to spell it several times and all I got was her telling me 'you are giving me attitude'. Please note while I was tired I never raised my voice or was sarcastic. I tried to show her the reservation and she didn't want to see it at first. Twenty minutes later she asked my first name again for the 8th time I spelled it and continued to my last name. She stopped and was like oh I was spelling it wrong. She found it and realized it was cancelled. She was very rude, clear up to the moment she realized it was not my mistake. They had cancelled our reservation without notice. She tried to tell me it was my card...when she checked she realized it was never run. After that she looked and realized no one had tried to call and suddenly she was very apologetic when she realized someone there had cancelled the reservation without notice. The worst part of this was I had two vans full of adults, teens, and kids who had been on the road all day and it was midnight so everyone was tired and cranky. It took 45 minutes to check in.

This was our 2nd time here. Everything was great except this time our bed was horrible. The staff is great, rooms are clean. Other than our bed on our 2nd stay, it was awesome. Bed in room 108 was great!

I live in Australia and nearing the town of Holbrook in New South Wales - booked what I thought was a motel I had been to previously. I paid and when we arrived the motel had a new sign. I realised the booking was in the USA when confirmation came through I tried to cancel to no avail.

Location wasn’t bad. The biggest problem was the guest just above me that likely had small children who had sleeted all day and chose to stay up all night. From 12:00 am until 7:00 am with a slight lull around 3:00 they ran and stomped across the floor and dripped what appeared to be toys for the greater portion of the night. I’m sure they had a good reason for staying at the hotel however sleeping wasn’t on the list.

Initially we had a problem getting into our room however the door was just difficult to open. There was a slight problem with the toilet being loose however it looked like they had worked on it before.

it’s a little difficult to see from the road Disgusting there was pubic hair all over the shower area The continental breakfast they brag about is a microwave burrito and some water I’m not joking there’s absolutely nothing in the area so stay in the larger cities before or after it’s loud

We were told we could have a first floor room, no problem. When we arrived, it was still not cleaned, so they offered a second floor. We waited for the first floor. We were disappointed that, even after waiting, it was not really "ready". There were no coffee packets in the room and no soap in the shower dispenser. These are simple things that should be checked at every cleaning!

I couldn't sleep the whole night. Heating system was so noisy and outdated that it wasn't possible to sleep. The pillow set was simple not possible to use.

The property was very clean, modern and well equipped. No carpet, which is wonderful. The bed was luxurious. Thank you.

It was very clean, and so comfortable. Very nice. The young lady at the front desk was a little rude. We needed a few minutes to get our things together and she was not very gracious.
