$25. a night pet fee is excessive for EVERY night. thinking a Per Stay would be better for multiple nights especially after repeated visits we have proven to be responsible pet/owners. would like to have a broom and dustpan in the room. I have asked for them at the front desk, but it was to be used and returned. we try to get as much sand off of our shoes at the numerous well placed outdoor "brush units." Coasters would be useful. I travel with y own nightlights.

It is a dog friendly facility. we always take the same unit so we know what we are getting.

Sheets aren't soft.

We love coming to the Grey Gull! It's always clean, comfortable, and convenient. No complaints ever. Nice amenities, friendly staff, excellent location. Love the hot tub, pool, DVD library, fire pit, proximity to the beach, and peaceful vibe.

We had a ground floor room so we missed out on the water view.

The room was spacious and the kitchen had what we needed for basic cooking. It's on the dunes, a short walk from the beautiful Ocean Shores beach. The place had an interesting and functional design, too.

Second floor room, was pleasant, clean, and comfortable. Our first visit there so weren't real clear on the condo style facility. Would plan a little differently in a future stay. Didn't utilize full opportunities available.

The Bed could be a touch softer. Other than that it’s a nice room.

The staff assisted us with streaming service on their TV and brought us an extra remote to be able to browse other streaming services. I was able to sign in and watch Prime with no commercials.

It was an amazing room with a pretty good view of the ocean. The first two nights were great, the third and last night for us was a little rough due to loud neighbors late into the night and then early in the morning. No fault of the hotel, but wish it was a little bit more sound proof. The local cat with the kitty condo was an awesome bonus for this cat lover. Overall, was a great time and will stay again!

The property was lovely. Due to heavy rains the path to the beach was impassable but no notice was given at start of path. Our room was lovely! However, it had a fairly strong smell of fish in the kitchen and the mattress has seen better days! All in all it was a great stay and the staff are fantastic!

Smallest thing I didn't like was the carpet cleanliness. Not bad just some spots.

Beach access path was flooded when we were there in April…

The pool area was sheltered from the wind. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything from dish soap to glassware supplied. Grounds were well maintained and had a ‘group’ fireplace with chairs and wood supplied.

Always stay here when I come to the beach. Room can use some updates, and the table in front of the window should be replaced with a comfortable chair to soak up the view.

Ice machine upstairs but not really a big deal since we had a refrigerator in our room. Can always pick up ice at store and put it in the fridge.

Beautiful room with lots of natural light. Located close to the beach and main town area. The hotel is very quiet and clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen in unit was stocked with every supply/utensil we could use. Bonus points for being dog friendly with a reasonable pet fee!
