only one ice machine on second floor for whole property; needs at least one for each floor. TV hard to use without instructions ( have to deal with 3 remotes) and signal wasn’t strong as reception went off and on; towels were not plush and showed their age.

There were only a couple of things we found lacking. It would have been nice to have a few throw pillows on the couches, it was hard to stretch out and relax with nothing to rest our heads, or arms on. We had to use the the kitchen chair cushions as substitutes, and they were not very comfortable. The only other issue was the noise level. Our next door neighbors were thoughtlessly loud, constantly banging, and dragging things around well into the early hours of the morning, and we lost a lot of sleep each night. This is NOT the fault of the Gray Gull staff in any way of course, but our neighbors were not approachable people, therefor we were too intimidated to report it to the staff, which did effect some of the enjoyment of our stay. It is unfortunate that other guests can disregard the rules of the hotel, causing those around them to suffer. Had they not been hostile we would have brought the issue to the attention of the hotel.

We Loved the view, our deck was spacious, and very private which we liked. Our unit was also very spacious, we really liked the large bedroom. with a nice view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals which was great. We also enjoyed the fireplace, and large screen TV. This unit was very comfortable, a perfect place to get away, and still feel at home. We would recommend Gray Gull to anyone looking for a a relaxing, beautiful, vacation experience.

There was nothing not to like on this trip. Even the weather, that can be terrible in February, was awesome. Sunny ND mild temperatures with minimal wind.

We had a condo with everything an apartment could have including a California king bed. All appliances including a pod style coffee maker and a full sized coffee maker, microwave, toaster and fully equipped kitchen.

The hideabed wasn't very comfortable but I brought a mattress pad with me and that solved that problem.

I have stayed at Grey Gull several times but never in this suite. It was very cute, nice visitors (deer) and right outside the pool which was nice even though it was closed for the season. The first morning the coffee maker didn't work (user error) but the front desk brought another one in less than 5 minutes and showed me how it worked. The staff at this property are very friendly and couldn't be more helpful!
