Everything was great! Check in was easy - complimentary beer/wine was a nice surprise! Room was clean and comfortable! Complimentary cookies and breakfast delivered to the room was very nice! Location was perfect for what we needed - right between the Sip n’ Dip lounge and Howard’s pizza! ;)

Nothing you guys can do about it, but there are just a lot of sketchy homeless people in the area.

The room was super nice and centrally located. We parked our car and didn't have to move it again until we checked out. we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go!

Why is this only a 1 star hotel? It's so great! It's clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly staff, boutique hotel perks such as bakery fresh style food delivered to your door at your choice of time in the morning. Wine and beer offered at check in. We will stay here every time we come to Great Falls.

The newly renovated space is beautiful and feels high end, everything was well maintained and clean. The room I stayed in was a bit small but was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a microwave, fridge, Keurig, and iron so I didn’t need anything more! The complimentary toiletries were nice as well and the towels were fluffy and soft. The staff went above and beyond and I received the best service out of anywhere I’ve ever stayed, they are so friendly and accommodating (shoutout to Juan who checked us in). The complimentary breakfast from the nearby restaurant was delicious and conveniently delivered to my door (free of charge), I was also offered complimentary beer or wine on checkin which was such a nice touch. There is a clean and conveniently located laundry area onsite, and we utilized the multiple lobby spaces. There was no table for dining in the room but there was a cozy lobby on our floor with a fireplace, TV, and nice seating where we enjoyed our meals. I will definitely be staying here whenever I’m in Great Falls!

I didn't really care for the half glass shower door setup, but I've encountered this other places. Very minor and the only thing at all that I didn't find exceptional.

Easy access, incredibly modern and updated. It probably has the best lighting and layout for a hotel of any I have stayed at.

Not that we did not like these 2 things I am going to mention but maybe change breakfast menu a bit and get an ice machine that has larger ice cubes.

Chose this hotel as it was located in the area, we wanted to spend most of our time in. Fell in love with it, super clean, pleasant staff, they were just so wonderful on every aspect of our stay.

The only problem we encountered was with the coffee maker in our room. It would make one cup fine, and then we’d refill the reservoir put in a new pod and it would fill it about an inch and quit. Then the next cup that one in we had to stop as it would overflow. It needs to be looked at or replaced. That was a very minor inconvenience. I should mention, however.

Facility was well maintained in a good location. And of course, the staff was exceptional.

All staff were so friendly and willing to answer all questions. Beautiful rooms. Breakfast was delicious (vegan options were nice) and delivered to your room was such a neat touch. Loved the coffee/tea/water and cookie options available anytime. Will definitely be back.

The location of the hotel was not conducive to going for walks, especially in the evenings. Having said that, there is a beautiful park right across the road.

The room was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. The bathroom was a good size and immaculate.

Probably the location, not so desired. The Crooked Tree coffee and pastry shop was a great option for breakfast!

The cleanliness, and the nice details of how it was newly remodeled. The seating area outside the elevator on floor 3 was a pleasant surprise.
