Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast was pretty poor. Only one waffle maker kinda worked burnt 2 out 3 waffles. The Pancake maker didn't work. The eggs and whatever else was empty and no one to cook more. There were 3 cereal choices but one was a combination of two different cereals.
It was clean the hallways looks clean but very old. Rooms here comfy.

The night of our arrival we were put into a room that was not accessible for our handicapped member and he was not able to access the bathroom. It was reported to me that one of the desk clerks had given away our room to a walk in guest. I was told we would get a room that was accessible the next morning and then when I checked in with the clerk on duty, I was told that was not the case. After finally speaking with the General Manger, we were moved to a room that was accessible and worked for our needs.
Susan and Lisa were awesome to work with. Susan took our situation seriously and made it right. Our second room was amazing - very accessible for a handicapped family member and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The hotel is pet friendly which was nice since we have an emotional support dog.

All the room was very clean, except for some black spots / pieces of something in the bath tub (not bugs). So I didn't take shower.
The beds were very comfortable, It was quiet in my room. Appreciate the shuttle to Mayo Clinic! Liked the dark roast coffee in the room.

Bathroom is old and odd/ toilet out away from the wall and at a slant. Tub had chips. Room had a funny smell. Bed was so hard and the pillow felt cheap.

The first room should have had the heat on.
The clerk was very helpful. The room we had booked was terribly cold and we couldn't get it heated to our satisfaction. The clerk found another room and it was much warmer. She also found a handicapped room which was a help to our medical conditions.

Some of the facilities are outdated and need to be remodeled/updated. The rooms just seemed a bit old and outdated and therefore, did not have that fresh, clean smell that you look for in a hotel.
Since my wife had appts at Mayo Clinic, the location of this hotel was excellent. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The.breakfast was also top notch!

The cleanliness of some of the areas could be improved on. There were spill marks on the walls from a drink, that could have been there who knows how long. But some of the areas were very clean, such as the breakfast room. A little bit of color in the breakfast room wouldn’t hurt either.
Great location. Very comfy bed and nice pillows. Staff was very nice to work with. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were ok, you could tell it was an older place but the rooms where good size.
