Wonderful location of the hotel. Beautiful garden with hammocks, with a barbecue area. Clean swimming pool. Spacious apartments, fully equipped kitchen.

The room was in need of some serious TLC. There was paint chips, mould in the bathroom, wood was chipped. The TV remote batteries didnt work. Very strong bleach smell & tiny sofa facing the door, making it uncomfortable to sit on. The layout of the living room didnt make much sense. Definitely wasnt worth $200+ a night!

The staff were very lovely, and communication was great. They let us check in slightly earlier and let us know of this via phone which was super helpful!

Price , it is a bit pricy but it is the keys abut could be a little cheaper .

Great little place for a getaway, the room was clean comfortable , parking was good . The dock was easy to access very quiet at night . Is pet friendly that is a plus . Would stay here again .

We got a room on 3rd floor, that's considered a 'penthouse' I believe. Very lovely, but only one bathroom for 4 people. This was OK, but not very comfortable. Other than that, it's been an amazing view and stay. Grill looks like not working, we tried, but with no luck.

Location of the property is great, nice area, close to the water, not far from Key West. Beautiful and relaxing! The staff is very welcoming. Propery itself is a bit outdated,so just be aware it's not brand new.

They had many rooms available and gave me one on the road. almost every other hotel I stayed in that week gave me their best available. Wifi didnt reach room. Lots of noise from their staff. Lock on the door pulled out. They had me take out all my things because they said it couldnt be repaired in time and then it was when I got back later that day. Didnt even get a room change. Just a valueless apology. It's a crummy sliding door to begin with. Also endless whistle noise from the dolphin research center. Didnt have room ready until the last second. Part of that Big Pines chain that I had issues with as well.

The rooms need a bit of TLC, painting in areas, a new cooker & bathroom to be updated. The sofa wasn't comfortable for us to chill on when the children went to bed (it was too windy to sit outside unfortunately)

The lady at reception was very friendly and a slightly earlier check in wasn't an issue. You can hire (for free) kayaks & paddle boards or rent a jet ski ($150 for an hour - not sure if price changes according to different seasons) The room was clean and tidy and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. At check out I was going to buy a couple of their Key like pie lollys covered in chocolate but the lady on reception gave them to us as a gift which was so kind. They were great by the way! Thank you for making our stay lovely. For the evening we went to Key Fisheries for dinner to watch the sunset. The food was beautiful and we had fresh caught crab which was in season when we stayed in October. During the day we went to Sombrero beach which had lovely golden sands and warm seas. This accommodation was in the perfect location for the most beautiful areas to visit! Just wish we could have stayed longer.

The outdoor area was amazing, beautiful views. Staff was very nice. The rooms were very comfortable. The only thing is the kitchen and bathroom could be updated. With the way the kitchen is set up it is hard to navigate. But I would definitely staff again. Had great amenities. Comfortable beds and enough pillows which is hard to find. I loved it.

The jet ski employee with the all red, MAGA “i’m voting for the felon ” t-shirt. It made us feel like politics was more important than professionalism. It wasn't a good look to have at the resort.

We booked last minute through a third party for an unexpected day in the keys. For the rate we got this resort exceeded our expectations! Our room was very spacious and there were a ton of amenities we unfortunately couldn't take advantage of due to our time frame. While the could be some basic updates to the facility such as paint or furniture, overall a great value and we would definitely stay here again.

There is no one in the office after 5pm, to take care if you have issues. Rooms are but small but clean and tidy

Limited staff hours. We arrived and left before there was staff on duty. However, they were very accommodating.

We loved the pool!! It was a nice quiet location. Our room was a great size for a family of 5.

We didn't like that the location was 10-15 minutes from the main town. The beds were very uncomfortable. The location has not been renovated in more than 20 years.

We liked the price of our stay. We liked the free kayaks that were available. We liked the close parking to our room. We like the cleanliness of the grounds. We like having a full size fridge and kitchen utensils.

The wifi signal was too weak to get from our room.

The location was great---right on the water with a little beach and dock. Loved the outdoor tables and hammocks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar a two minute walk away.
