Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe public evening noise from the street was more than is usual for urban/downtown living in its rowdiness.
The apartment was clean, well laid out, very comfortable, communication easy to understand.

United StatesThe room itself was great very spacious clean. I like the fact that you could have other guests (more then 1 persons) the biggest downside was parking my guest and I had two cars and the parking structure directly across from the hotel charges $15 no ins and out so ultimately we ended up spending $85 on parking alone. Would I book this hotel again probably not due to the fact that there’s no parking available or any parking deals staying at the hotel

United StatesNo extra towels in room, soap dispenser in shower empty/broken, outlet in kitchen not working, would have liked a larger coffee pot (room sleeps 4+, coffee pot for 1?), more microwaveable dishes with covers (to make oatmeal, soup, meals that might spill).
Having a spacious room and kitchen area. Walkable from many restaurants and museums. Convenient location to get to Dodger Stadium.

New ZealandIt is listed on Booking.com as having a Fitness centre and this is misleading as 1 treadmill (that didn't work) a spin bike and a rack of dumbbells - max weight 15lbs is not a Fitness centre.
Room size, bed, and location were all very good and staff were friendly and helpful

AustraliaDowntown LA is very dirty and full of homeless people and drug addicts. The property is well secured but we were very apprehensive every time we went out. Noise of constant sirens meant very disturbed sleep.
Apartment was spacious and clean with everything needed for a family to stay.

United Kingdomthe room did not have much in the way of soundproofing and the light kept flickering long after it was switched off. also, no direct light into the room.
the location was close to the metro however it did look a bit scary at night. The room itself was much larger than we expected with several facilities available. it was perfect for a quick stay and that was exactly what we did. the hotel was also able to help us by storing our baggage the next morning as our next accommodation was not ready in time.

United StatesHeat/Ac controls of living room didn’t appear to be working but then again it wasn’t a big deal. The remote for the bedroom tv didn’t work. They didn’t have any extras on hand so i had to take turns using the remote from the living room with the person who stayed in the bedroom.
I liked the spacing of the living room and bedroom. The room was cleaned and prepped to satisfaction.

United StatesThe room I was in had an odd smell, which I did not like, but if you’re able to ignore it you’ll be fine. NOTE, (unrelated to the place itself): It’s by 2 parking garages which was fine but it was a let down the place didn’t have guest parking so be sure to plan for an extra hundred dollars or so (per week) since both had a fee of around 15 bucks and one of them was cash only. They both had a reset time, one at 4 am and the other at 6 am so you have to pay an exit fee if you don’t leave before then and then an entrance fee when you enter. Which drained our wallets- NOT the Haas’ fault though, it’s just something to keep in mind if you’re staying there.
The room had two beds and a kitchen! I loved the size of the fridge, and the fact they offered two pots and a pan in case you didn’t bring any! They also had plates, bowls, and silverware included! As well as a trash disposal chute on every floor, they even had a washer in the basement for clothes and a dishwasher! If you have pets they allow pets, but it comes with a fee per pet and they’re charged each night of your stay.

United StatesThe kitchen could've been better stocked, there were no baking sheets for the oven. The bathroom was very dark. The floors were quite dirty, my feet were black after walking around barefoot the first night. There is no free parking. I left my car parked across the street the entire time we stayed, and relied on public transportation. Each in/out of parking cost $15 cash.
Location and space was great, Daniel was very helpful upon our arrival.

ItalyThe building doesn't have its own parking lot. There is one just in front of it which is not great (check out the other reviews, it's all in there), but convenient. There's a better one around the corner on Broadway and even better ones a few blocks away (just go in the opposite direction of the Skid Row!) if you don't mind walking a few minutes.
Big apartment with a lot of room, comfy beds and a fully furnished kitchen. Very clean. The bathroom is a bit basic, but it's ok. It's an old building, but it has been renovated. We appreciated the laundry room and the small gym. The area is not as bad as some other people said. During the day it's full of common people walking around, at night there are a few "residents" from the Skid Row nearby walking around, but they usually mind their own business. As you leave the building, turn right towards Broadway and Pershing Sq. and you'll be fine. Our room was in the back of the building, so no view but also no noise from the street (except one night we heard a few fireworks). The price is good, considering that is LA. The staff is very nice!
