WE were celebrating our 60th anniversary and the staff took time to decorate our room with rose petals, towels folded like swans and sparkling grape juice. What a nice surprise.

United KingdomWhen I arrived there seemed to be a smell in the room. With a bit of time and investigation I whittled it down to the a/c unit BUT only when the fan was on. If the a/c was on but the fan wasn't you didn't smell a thing. I'm sensitive to things like that (flashbacks of horrible hotels) but fortunately once I turned off the fan all was well. I would definitely stay again and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay centrally in Branson.
The breakfast choice was good - each day there was a variation on how the eggs were made. They had maple sausage (not sure I've got that name right!) fruit, juices, cereals, breads and bagels, american biscuits and gravy. There was also an all day provision of decaffeinated and caffeinated coffee, hot water and provisions for hot chocolate and herbal teas. I was on my own and was left to my privacy when I wanted it; when I spoke to staff they were always polite, friendly and really helpful. Having such friendly staff makes such a material difference to how the stay goes and they were great! I went to the hotel specifically because I was attending an event at Faith Life Church Branson, MO. If you are going there this is the perfect hotel as it is literally around the back of the hotel.

United StatesThe hotel wasn’t the cleanest as opposed to other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. The trash can was gross, there was a full piece of chocolate on the floor beside the nightstand and a couple pieces of hair in the sink. For the high cost of staying here, I expected it to be cleaner. Also, I expected more of a variety with the hot breakfast.
The location is probably the biggest positive about this this hotel. Although the location didn’t matter to me, it’d be a great location to access the attractions on the Western side of town without needing to drive.

United StatesBed was uncomfortable made our hips ache by end of stay room a little musty. Due to long meetings we had very little time to eat if at all or get out and drive for around for food. more satisfying breakfast provisions would have been welcomed and where were the cookies?? 😂😂😂😂 apples are a nice option but not a replacement for a warm cookie with your coffee or hot tea especially when it is freezing temperatures outside.
The hotel location was next door to venue. That is why we booked. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. But for cost we expected more.

United StatesI paid over $225 for this room . We always stay at Hampton because I feel like I know what I will be getting , but I was very disappointed in this Hampton Inn . The carpets seemed old and dirty, and the rooms smelled bad. The lobby and breakfast area were what I expected but the rooms seemed badly in need of updating.

What , you buy from the same frozen food provider as everybody else? at Hilton prices? Cmon dudes, you want my repeat business, step up the offerings. BIG problem- no usb ports on the lights, outlets noplace? That was upgraded 15 years ago!!! And no ice machine on the floor? Had to go down to the lobby!!! Thought I was back in the 1980's!
