Clean, comfy and staff is very friendly! Location is beautiful as well! Right on the canal next to the bike trail and has a beautiful patio looking over the canal!

Unfortunately the room next to us became very noisy at about 11pm as what sounded like a party of youngsters were in it, definitely no adults telling them to keep the noise down, shrieks, yells, banging against the wall. It was after a school holiday Saturday night party. I put up with it for an hour then rang reception who sorted it straight away, perhaps I should have rung sooner!

The staff were very helpful and pleasant in finding us a quiet room. We loved the room with the view of the ships and boats on the canal. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Sitting by the fire pit in the evening chatting with other guests was lovely. Car parking was easy, lots of room. Restaurant recommendations were perfect and a few minute drive away.

Location, right on Cape Cod Canal, great for walking, attentive front office staff, due to covid restrictions change of linens etc upon demand. Breakfast is varied, plentiful, hot and cold, with a very attentive, pleasant lady seeing to your every wish in a heartbeat, including her fabulous Muesli/granola concoction over yoghurt with fresh sliced fruit and berries (4 at least).... an easy and healthy choice to make instead of canned fruit salad offered by some competitors. A very pleasant stay indeed.

We were warmly greeted when we arrived at hotel. Our room had an amazing view! And, there was a terrace, outside to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather! We loved our fluffy comfy beds! Provided me and my 2 teenage girls the best peaceful sleep!! Breakfast buffet! Wow!! Cinnamon roll waffles!!! Yum!! Hashbrowns and Sausages!! Yogurt parfait! Fantastic!!

Location was in a beautiful place right beside the canal with a fire pit overlooking the water. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean and updated. Breakfast had plenty of options available.

Room smelled really musty, the same way someone's feet do after being in shoes all day- the odor was very noticeable when we walked in and remained the time we were there. Cleaning the carpet would help with this. Other minor negative was that there were 2 of us, and the hotel knew this upon booking. The soap and shampoo was only for 1 person. We had our own soap but still...

Breakfast had good options. Normal stuff like eggs, meat, waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal. Room was updated. Building was quiet. Location set away from busy traffic.

location on the canal and access to walking path. boat traffic, people fishing, walking with dogs,and biking were all interesting on our walks. also the chairs on the lawn were very comfortable. we enjoyed a few drinks from the bar. the address does not work on

Breakfast was wonderful each morning with great hours enjoyed the variety of fresh fruits served daily. The workers were friendly, helpful, and diligent in replacing the finished items.
