Front desk reception from Eric was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Facilities such as pool, beach access, exercise room were convenient. Hotel overall is dated and needs a makeover. Sink in our room was clogged, air conditioner was awfully loud, location was a little farther from the Kennedy Space Center than we thought and the cost for the room was a bit steep plus we had to pay extra for parking. We stay at Hampton Inns and they are either hit or miss. This particular one unfortunately was a miss.

United StatesThe ice machine is broken on the 5th floor. The room wasn’t serviced during the day while we were out. I had to ask everyday for fresh towels. They need to hire more housekeeping staff. Keep in mind the doors to the room are outside. The front desk staff seemed disgruntled and not as welcoming as most Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The most likely are short staffed. The breakfast was ok. It gets very very busy during breakfast, most guests were leaving for cruises and/or getting an early start.
Great location! The walking path is right outside the hotel to get to the beach. Once you get to the beach, there’s a chair, umbrella rental stand. The view of the oven from our balcony was beautiful.

SwedenOne of the receptionist was very not welcoming. I just got the feeling we were bothering her. This is a pity we stayed with this feeling since the rest of the staff was lovely! The room we stayed in needs a fresh-up. And the AC should be upgraded (this bulky box is as noisy as a launching will be heard at that distance from Cape Canaveral).

United StatesThe check in was quite frustrating. Virginia had an attitude with someone on the phone that carried on to my check in. I paid for my stay online and it showed I would owe nothing at check in. $50 was asked for upon check in with very little explanation as to what for. Then, I was told there would be an additional $12 per night for parking. The website says $10. The printer in the business center would not work. Staff was not very helpful or knowledgeable but i don'treally expect them to be IT professionas. Price, location and amenities and my top 3 deal makers or breakers. I'm most likely not returning.
The breakfast was good, just wish they had additional options for eggs. They were more on the wet side and I personally didn't care for them. Otherwise, the food was fresh! The room was a decent size with two queen beds. The description was a little misleading as it said there would be a king sized bed and two queen beds. The beach was excellent and not crowded.

United StatesThe breakfast was a little disappointing, we were there for four mornings and it was the same each morning. Also, I would love it if a water pitcher was set up in the lobby as well, with ice and maybe lemons or cucumbers in it.
Everything here was wonderful. The front desk staff were amazing, we actually got into our room much earlier than we expected. Loved the coffee bar that was right there in the lobby. Our room was on the top floor, and the ocean view was gorgeous. Comfortable beds, and so quiet! No doors slamming, no sound of running water from the other rooms, just peace and quiet. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and a grocery store. The beach was a short walk from the hotel as well, and it was so convenient to find a company that rents umbrellas and beach chairs right there.
