Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

One of the elevators was broken, and a couple of the arcade games were broken-bit both were not big deals for us.
The room was perfect for our family of 6! Very clean! We requested a crib, and it was in our room when we arrived. All staff was very friendly and helpful! The pool area was the absolute best! The pool room is very large and spacious and kept very warm. Pool was warm as well/ perfect for our young kids. Breakfast was great as well! We will definitely return!

Had trouble with room temperature. One room was too cold and one room was too hot.

The wrist band idea well saying you have to pay for 2 rooms if you don’t have enough wrist bands
The food was great, The room was wonderful but the pool area needs to be ran better . The kids was jumping off the handicap chair at the pool , splashing everyone , had a loud speaker by the pool . They was checking us for wrist bands but other people / kids didn’t have one on but they was on me about my wrist bands even with my kids at the pool and I paid for my room.

The Snack/mini store is very prices.
The pool, game room and the bar was perfect. Locations is great ur just a few minutes from everything. Very fun place to stay with or with kids. Will definitely stay here again and again. However the Snack/mini store is very prices.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated how they kept to area clean, and towels restocked. It was a very busy day.

The bathroom in our room could of used a bit more cleaning, but that's just me, I'm very particular with bathrooms and showers. Otherwise, everything else was great!
Staff, facility, rooms were great, just needed a little bit more cleaning in the bathrooms, pool. hot tub, laundry room.

Not a big deal, but above the shower head there was a spot on ceiling that looked like black mold ( or peeling paint) breakfast good, not great. Eggs were a little different, bacon tasted good, but was swimming in grease. Danish a little dry

The price tag. I could’ve went somewhere else but after reading reviews I decided not too go there and just pay the price
Wish I had more time. Hotel is surrounded with stores and restaurants. Loved walking in my room where it was nice and cool already. The bed was really comfortable and loved the sheets. Cool feeling and the pillows were nice. Just wanted to snuggle up. Having the restaurant right in the hotel was great. Arrived late and needed dinner and didn’t feel like driving around looking for a place. 2nd night after sightseeing we were tired so we ordered a pizza from the same restaurant and brought it up to our room. So convenient and food was great. The breakfast is outstanding. So many choices . Didn’t get to use the pool. It looked nice

The cost was a little much for a simple 2-night stay.
I loved the location; it was just 7 minutes from the downtown area and right near most of the fast food and shopping establishments. The room was much bigger than I expected.

The floor we were on had dogs nd found we could hear them till late into night.
Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast area was clean and staff made sure food was restocked as the holiday weekend had many people eating.

The tv didn't have much of guide and we couldn't always find a channel.
The big counter in the bathroom! There was a problem with our reservation but they took care of it!
