A tad pricey for a one night week day stay but still happy with it

Location was great, pool and hot tub were very nice. Room was spacious. The staff were very friendly, especially Julie at the front door for checking in.

Our stay in Jasper was excellent. I needed both early check-in and late check-out. Both were given and much appreciated. Andy, at the desk, is a new friend. He was professional and well-informed about the area and the facility. My husband and I both chatted him up and enjoyed the conversations. The breakfast was a huge surprise—it was not just yogurt and bananas! The free breakfast included hot omelets, sausage, and home-fried potatoes. There was also a nice selection of bagels, breads, and sweets. This was much appreciated! The location is within walking distance to restaurants. They also have nice, quiet outdoor seating areas. We will stay there again!

Beds not as comfortable as other places we have stayed, but fine for a 3 night stay.

Good location for visiting Holiday World (the purpose of our visit). Spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. Simple breakfast but enough to start the day and convenient to eat at the hotel. Quiet location.

This hotel was extremely clean. The bathroom was spotless, there was no dust, hairs on sheets etc. The breakfast was tasty as well!

Check out is noon! House keeping knocked on our door a little after 10 & proceeded to open the door. Luckily we had the security latch on our door, since we were naked getting ready to take a shower. 😮 Other than that it was a nice stay.

It was 30 minutes from where we were going to hang out all day and evening.. but that wasn't so bad..

I liked that the hallways and rooms did NOT Stink. The floor in our room did Not feel dirty. The bathroom was cleaner than any I have ever seen. I liked the attendants assisting and replenishing at breakfast. The breakfast area was also clean. Checking in, the 2 clerks did everything to be able to let us check in early as we had been traveling for 4 hours and arrived earlier than we thought we would. Overall, it's a great clean place to stay.

This is the best facility where I have ever stayed. No joke! I travel so e for work and have been to many 4 and 5 star places. This facility and staff were the best by far! We were in town for a funeral. It helped that the kids could swim after a trying day of visitation. I will be back.

Including taxes, etc, pricing was over $200.00 per night. Bit pricey compared to other hotels in area. Housekeeping would only do a full room clean every four days. I believe every other day would be more appropriate.
