There was no one at the front desk to check us in for 30 minutes then when we finally did find someone she was extremely rude. Got our key to the room and it was dirty and had tissues stuffed into the door peephole….. breakfast was not good either

The hotel staff was never at the desk, always had to ring the bell and wait. The beds were absolutely awful. So uncomfortable and stiff, and comforter had make up stains, as well as counter/sink in bathroom, and light switch (bathroom stains wiped off easily but obviously bedding stains were gross).

The hotel was set off the Main Street so you couldn’t hear any traffic.

I got checked in to a room that was already booked. Not a nice surprise to enter a room with naked people. Got then another room and because of my experience, I bolt locked the door and blocked with my suitcase. Which was a good judgment as I woke up in the morning when someone opened my door and tried to get in. Not a nice way to wake up (no idea who it was). The walls/doors are also super thin and lets noises go through. Expect to wear earplugs for good sleep.

I found woman's wrist ring on the carpet floor. It means they did not clean. feeling not very good.

The staff was very unprofessional and there were no cleaning services for the 3 days I stayed and when I asked the one of the staff if I could get somebody to clean she said " Unfortunately there is nobody to clean". They need to do better and hire better staff.

Would suggest a bigger or better road sign to find the hotel better.

The breakfast was overall good, enjoyed the eggs, fruit and Belgian waffles, would like a little breakfast sausage or bacon with the breakfast, but breakfast was still good.

The key cards seemed to freak out a bit, so I had to go to front desk a couple of times to get them replaced. Aside from that, no other complaints!

It was clean and comfortable- staff were all sweethearts! Very simple, very cozy and the free breakfast is tasty! Pool was refreshing as well after a long day.

The room (205) had an odor. We did not complain as you got used to it, but whenever I left and returned it was very evident. We were heat related refugees as our air conditioner broke and the temperature was 97 degrees

The breakfast was a Sham. They ran our bread. Muffin. Had few bagels. They did not even serve real egg for the breakfast. Used the white portion of the egg and yoke and tried to give an impression it was a poached egg. So cheap. Certainly it was not value for money. The lift was noisy and scares people. The outdoor pool did not even have a light. So, last time of use of pool was dusk. Very confusing specially for those who come from different state.
