We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI wrote a previous review about the shuttle. I want to state that there was a vast improvement in how the shuttle was run. So much so that I had one thing happen that wasn’t great but it didn’t wreck my total experience. I came to depend on it for getting me through town. Everyone from the bartender to the front desk to the cleaning crew were so friendly. I want to also mention that the person who mopped the floors did a spectacular job. I stopped and noticed. Super, super happy to have made the decision to come back and stay with you.

United Statesarriving after midnight, our key didn't work, so i had to go back down, and they told me the battery was dead in the key reader on the door, but the red light came on. so it can't be dead battery. but i wasn't going to argue at 12:30am. they moved us to another floor- another room.
the shuttle to get to the airport was packed. and more waiting. so many people fly our using your shuttle for 6-7am flights. you need bigger vans, or 4 vans running every 10 mints for peak hours.

This hotel has good facilities, comfort, services and location, however the breakfast quite simple, there were few options of food, fruits and beverages, this must be improved. The restaurant also, only provides appetizers for dinner and there is no alternatives in the region for going on foot. Price is a little bit high for what it offers, but is still a good choice.
