Having to pay for parking considering it's self parking in their own lot directly in front of the hotel - really "nickel and dimey" on the part of Marriott. Bedside lamps need to be on a dimmer - their way too bright.

Very nice, clean modern rooms- spacious and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and professional. Great and convenient location to amenities ( whole foods, ect..) - great value

We arranged a reservation through Booking.com. Booking.com sent me a confirmation and listed how much they charged to my credit care. When we arrived the front desk of the AC Hotel by Marriott, they said that they had no reservation. They also said that they had been having similar frequent problems for other who used Booking.com. I could not find a phone number on my confirmation to call someone at Booking.com to find out what went wrong. The front desk person said that Booking.com had charged my credit card. Fortunately, they had a few rooms left and we took one of those. This problem with Booking.com happened to me a few years ago, and I thought it was a glitch. I will never use Booking.com again. In my opinion, your company is an incompetent scam.

The bathroom sink was backed up and not draining properly. The view of the parking lot was not a beautiful view. The decor looked like an IKEA SHOWROOM. Very boxy feeling and not warm and friendly.

The ease of check in and check out. The staff that we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful.

I was upset that breakfast cost extra and that they had a small variety to pick from. I would rather have bacon than prosciutto I'm not sure about anybody else about you know but they can also cheaper than prosciutto so my suggestion is to change something because we didn't get breakfast it was only $12 it isn't that bad but when you're paying $150 for your hotel stay for one night you expect to get free breakfast not have to pay extra. I didn't like that the pool was only open until 10:00. Because most of the good stuff happens after 10:00.

It's a good location, great staff. The bed was a little hard for me but prefect for my husband. The pool and hot tub were huge and inside so that's great.

There isn't a closet, but instead a hanging bar next to the bed. The bed was ok... not very comfortable. They are seriously understaffed. Now, to be fair, this isn't an Marriott AC problem as much as it's a Park City problem as it's just too expensive for workers to live in town. Ensure you request maid service a day ahead so you can get normal cleaning and towel refresh.

The location was near where we wanted to be. Quick access to the freeway. The hotel was clean. Bathroom was nice. Staff were helpful. Free coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

No microwaves in rooms. Need to go down the hall. I love that they don't have carpet in rooms but it can be cold in winter so bring slippers.

I was given a room with double Queen beds instead of a King. So I had to grab my luggage and returned to front desk asking if there was a mistake, then I was told they were running out of the King room. it would be totally fine if they just let me know about this during checking in.

I wanted to open the window to assist in cooling the room down to get some sleep. it wouldn’t budge.

it is my go to or secondary go to place in park city. I like the pricing and I like that there is minimal surprise resort fees and additional charges, I like the modern feeling of the rooms.

The bed had zero support and was uncomfortable - squishy and old. I expected so much more since everything else was great! I'm sure we could have switched rooms, but it was very late and we just wanted to sleep.

Impressive hotel overall. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was nice and exceptionally clean.

Did not realize the pool was closed. Was given an option of hotel chain points but I am not a member..

The updated room was spacious and no carpet so not questioning when the carpet was shampooed last. Breakfast was extra cost but it was fresh and choice of multiple buffet items or hot food cooked made to order.
