We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The accomodation is good, clean, huge parking lot, and also swimming pool is fine. As located close to Highway 8 you can easily and quickly go to San DIego center or Seaworld

United StatesNo elevator to take our heavy luggage and bags up. Had to make three trips up and down a couple different stairs. For us seniors it was difficult. We had ants in our bathroom. Didn't have complimentary breakfast but has a restaurant.

United StatesThere is no fitted tuck sheet on beds. Just a regular sheet so you have to be careful of how you sleep so you dont move the covers and end up on a bare mattress. The price for rooms is a little too expensive in my opinion. The housekeeping lady would watch us leave and come in my room after I put the do not disturb sign on the door. She did it twice and I complained and spoke with management and they handled the issue. My room key wouldnt work every night i had to go to the front desk for a new one. But the rooms was clean, the front desk staff is courteous and the city is beautiful. I had a great time.

cute tiki bar and nice pool. I loved that they gave you pool towels so you didn’t have to use regular towels from the room. the location was perfect! 12 minutes away from the Gaslamp district. 9 minutes from airport/ car rental place.
