What l didn't like is that l was charged for parking when l didn't have a car l used public transportation to get here my stepson friend drove him here for his birthday party if l knew l was going to be charged l would told her to park on the st the hotel knew l did not have a car at check in so there for l should have not been charged for parking an l yet to have got a refund for the charge of the parking an the other half of my deposit from the parking charge an l do not like the fact that they do not have microwaves in the room u have to walk all way to the lobby to use there microwave an the staff who are in charge of discussing ur deposit issues never return ur phone call so l quit calling about it if l ever stay here again l will be asking for compensation of my deposit an address the issue of being charged for parking when l clearly did not have a car an the connecting rooms were different then l expected as well word of advice to the hotel if u want to please the customers make there stay worth the stay not a bad hotel but some things needs to be addressed about how things are done with the hotel

Rooms were mediocre. Found hairs in the bathroom under drinking cups. There were definitely other guests smoking on the patio which stunk up our room

The room was great and had a beautiful view of the pool area, my little girl had a wonderful time in the pool every evening after we would get back from walking and exploring San Diego. The hot tub was amazing ,drinks from the bar and breakfast at the restaurant were delicious. Will definitely return and 100 percent recommend

Outside nit taken care of and outdated. The la Jolla building was so far away from everything and felt unsafe, especially for a mom and child. No security on site. Paid extra for a premium room and balcony stared out to a wall of a back of another facility. Twice had house keeping come into room before I could answer door and with the DND tag on door.

Very thin walls, You can hear your neighbors conversations CLEARLY all night. I would suggest not having morning team meetings outside of guest rooms every day. You have a large lobby, why not have them there? Door jams are in need of being replaced. You can see light coming through. Beautiful lobby and on-site restraunt. This place needs some repairs in rooms. You get what you pay for here. If you're just passing through, it's a good deal for 1 night. I had high hopes after looking at all the great pictures online.

No parking available Saturday night. Had to park Illegal and went back at midnight. Later, a local told me it was because of karaoke night. Locals avoid or recommend Uber.

It's a roadside motel. The hallways are drab, thankfully it was clean. There's a light on each patio that I couldn't control, so had to keep the blinds totally shut. Bummer. Also, no screens on windows I couldn't open the windows as a result.
