We requested a late check out and the guy on reception said it wouldn't be a problem. However, when we returned after breakfast our keys cards no longer worked so there'd obviously been a miscommunication! All sorted by the reception though 😊

Great location, just off Union Square. Discount voucher for breakfast at the Mason Cafe was used every day, great breakfasts. Rooms very clean, tidy & good size.

we took a simple room for two nights but we needed to change rooms because the room stinks a lot it was very small and in the advertisement it was written a view of the city, and when we arrived in the room there was nothing it was tiny and it stinks very much, the corridors stink of dirt and very stuffy, from the outside the hotel looks beautiful but inside it has nothing to do with the photos that are exposed here on the site! we also paid a lot for parking for us it wasn't worth it and it wasn't a good stay, we ended up not sleeping two nights but only one night because we didn't want to stay there

The receptionist who spoke Spanish was super attentive and very helpful, Note 10 for his service, he was super kind

The pool was supposed to be closed at 8PM but there were people hanging out there until at least midnight. Everything echoed and it was very annoying. I almost called the desk to complain, but decided to let it go. Wished they had enforced the rule.

The bed was very comfortable and there weren’t any annoying lights on in the room. I usually have to cover them when I’m trying to sleep in a hotel room.

Excellent location, very close to Union Square. Very quiet room, top floor, away from the lift. The 20% off voucher for breakfast at Mason Cafe was used every morning, great breakfasts.

Our room looked nothing like the pictures that were advertised when booking. The room was very outdated, had a terrible smell and the bathroom was tiny

The room was small, had an unpleasant odour to it, with a view of out of the room being a” light well” looking onto other rooms. Overall property interior and exterior was tired and needed redecoration. images misleading online. Room had water damage and curtain stained. bed had stains on it. For the amount we paid we felt very disappointed in the value we received.

Air con on room didn't work. Reported it, someone looked at it whilst we were out, didn't fix it, didn't communicate anything to us, didn't offer a discount. At times we're uncomfortable in room due to temp. Overall an old, tired room with matching service. Nothing to make me consider returning.

They gave us a better room as it was our honeymoon! The bed was very confortable and the staff so nice and helpful! The concierge was the best we have ever had in any city. I will repeat it!

Getting from old section of hotel to our section,, didn't like climbing stairs when trying to carry items or runnibg late.

Staff very polite and helpful and displayed real Southern friendliness in rhe far west. Maid staff through, and would come back and clean if we were still in room earlier. They were very through with their housekeeping. Room was quiet for the most part. We were in a premier room with balcony over pool, very relaxing and quiet.Location convenient for transportation, restuarants, etc
