The room was kinda small but that would be the only thing I could say negative. We enjoyed our stay. It was extremely quiet.

We were the only people on the property. We had to call to get our room number and a code to unlock the door. We never talked to a person face to face and we arrived at little after 5 pm. Felt a little weird. Also sent us a text with the WiFi info and said we could get breakfast at the motel next door.

It was very small and the outside is being repaired along with the inside. The room was remodeled and clean. Nothing extra in the room.

The floor seemed to have many soft spots, the sleeper sofa was damaged and you could not sit on it without slumping in to the middle.

Above and beyond more of than I could have hoped for. Everything was top notch.Definitely staying here again. Breakfast is served next door at the Bay Inn as they own both hotels.

A microwave was available, but not in each room.

We traded up to a king room after we got there. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was large, had a sofa and good size bathroom. The location was perfect, quite and close to the waterfront. The room was very clean and nicely decorated.We enjoyed the stay so much , we booked another night's stay. The owner Timay Patel was very friendly. When we arrived, he met us outside and showed us the different rooms, so we could pick. The breakfast was at a hotel he owns next door. During the week was waffles,boiled eggs,cereal and bagels.

It was perfect:)!,, there was no elevator noise, no hallway noise or people coming and going and slamming doors. The host was very kind and pleasant, making sure we had every we needed. Our king deluxe room was tastefully decorated by the owners while showing their pride in their ownership,, everything was spotless!

Limited TV channels and the location of the TV in the room.

Room was very quiet. The freezer actual worked. There were enough towels for at least a 2 night stay, even thought we only stayed 1 night. We liked the fact that there were only 6 rooms at the Harbor View Inn.

We immediately smelled marijuana upon entering the hallway which was really off putting. Then, were unable to utilize the TV. All channels kept saying they were unauthorized which was a huge bummer. Attempted to reach property through the app, we had no help to resolve this issue. "Suites" are alot smaller than anticipated.

Clean. Check in with door codes are convenient. Location was perfect for our needs.

There wasn't a hot tub. They said we could use the hot tub at a different motel at a different location. SAY WHAT! No breakfast but they said we could go to a different motel at a different location for breakfast. ARE YOU KIDDING! The wifi didn't work and they fixed it and it worked briefly and then no wifi and no staff. Electrical wiring that appeared to be for smoke/fire alarms were dangling from the ceiling in several locations!? FALSE ADVERTISING!! TV partially functioned. They said previous occupants messed with the TV settings. IS THIS A BAD JOKE?! We want a full refund for the one night we stayed. We left a written message in front of the office door weighted down with rocks. Took photos of it and of the hanging wires in the ceiling. I can send photos from my phone but I'm 72 years old and don't know how to get them from my phone to my laptop.

There wasn't any breakfast! False advertising- nothing to like. Only stayed one night.
