Only complaint is shower is hard to get under for a tall person.

Great place, even decorated for Christmas. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

It was very clean and cozy. It came with all the kitchen necessities needed to cook and bake. Our children loved that part. My husband woke up each morning to the coffee nook area. The balcony was a great addition. The location to the pool was perfect. The location was extremely close to all the entertainment. What a treat!

The condo was very beautiful. My family and I had a great time, my oldest son was made use of the gym 🤙👊. We tried our best to leave the condo the same way when we first walked in, overall I would recommend to people that they would enjoy themselves at Heart of Branson 🤗

Only issues were that the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable at all, and the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak. Otherwise everything else was great.

Underneath beds needs to be cleaned. I dropped remote and I bent over to get it and there was trash and chips not sure what else. But everything else was great!!!!

This was my first time traveling and not booking a hotel. I was really nervous about it It was a great first experience. Your place was very nice, perfect instructions and great idea to leave on counter with guest book.

The primary bedroom bed was quite firm and made for a few uncomfortable nights of sleep which led to other issues throughout the day. The fan lights were on a dimmer switch and didn't work very well. We had 2 lights go out on us and replaced with the provided light bulb (which were non-dimmable bulb on a dimmable light switch, so probably why the fan lights went out in the first place).

Location was great for going to the different areas within Branson. Better deal than a hotel for a family with more than 4 people. Unit has the needed cooking supplies for cooking a few meals instead of always going out to eat.

Balcony was full of debris - we had to sweep it so we wouldn't drag the leaves into the house. Furniture on balcony not very comfortable (no coffee tables, cushions, etc.).

Great location - quiet, tranquil, yet close to everything. The unit we stayed in was extraordinarily well equipped - had everything one could possibly need! Loved the coffee bar! So cool!

The beds were super uncomfortable, I slept on the loveseat instead of the kingsize bed. The coffee pot didn't have the right pieces to make a full pot of coffee (not good for a coffee lover). The Keurig was weird. The coffee grounds go everywhere. The back door didn't lock, but ok, it is on the second floor. The jets in the tub didn't work, and the water didn't get very hot. Found several things that didn't look like they were clean and random hairs everywhere, including in the kitchen and the little coffee/bar closet. The pool code that was given wasn't the correct code. We waited for about 30 mins to get a code from another guest, texted, and called my host, but didn't get a response for an hour or so. It would have been nice to have a small table on the balcony for having coffee or drinks instead of so many chairs.

Beautiful place and a great location. Saw lots of wildlife right from the balcony.

Sometimes it’s the little things that can be a turnoff: random stains on the pillows, lots of debris/dander/hair all over the floor, and a utility closet that smelled of death.

It had all the amenities of home: cozy spaces, a complete kitchen, good WiFi, and a pool at the clubhouse.

The property was great!

We liked that the location was in the middle of everything but was quiet. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for a couple days with family enjoying shows. We had plenty of room and also enjoyed time at the pool.
