Updated, but then it is a motel and like I said, for the price it was good and decent.

I liked the price, seeing we only needed it for sleeping (went to a concert). It was a decent room, nothing fancy. It had a microwave and fridge. Bed was comfy. Would stay again.

It is 2 stars so you have to expect certain things. Carpets were old and stained. Bathtub a tiny bit dirty.

The room was bigger then we thought it would be and also had full size fridge and stove. No bed bugs. Beds more comfy then we thought they might be. Surprisingly quiet area.

The room was run down. The room was not very clean.

The staff was very friendly and you could park right in front of your room. Wifi was good.

The shower water got stuck on super hot. The faucet controls broke and I had to call the manager to fix it. I had to use a towel to adjust the temp of the water because it couldn't be fixed. The blankets were old and were holey. The ice machine was barely functioning.

It functioned as a place to sleep and had a fridge. Staff were nice.

They sent me to a different hotel from the one I originally booked. The new place was nice, though.

The inside of the efficiency room was deplorable. The carpets were disgustingly dirty. There were 3 bulbs out in the bathroom sink area. Sofa had stains all over. Refrigerator had dents on the outside. Absolutely no dishes or anything to cook with in this efficiency. The beds thank goodness were decent. Just glad I travel with my own sheets and towels. The ones in the bathroom were really worn. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

The location was the best. Attended a LAMA Motorcycle Event in Rochester and The Relax Inn was 16 minutes from the Clubhouse and 17 minutes from where the event was being held. From the outside the Relax Inn looks wonderful and the clerk was exceptional.

The hotel was fine, but the room was odd because our room had a door in it that led into a crawl space, but the door only locked from the outside, which was scary

The bathroom light in the ceiling didn't work and the fan switch didn't work. When you turned the bathroom fan on the timer didn't move and it never shut off.

The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

The carpets felt dirty, so we kept our socks on. It’s a motel so it has that very well used feeling, but that’s why it’s the price it is.

It’s everything you need for the price. Our room was incredibly large and spacious and had a kitchenette which was quite handy. Owners were accommodating as our flight got in very late.

I was booking this hotel because it includes kitchen and stove. However, the hotel doesn’t provide any cooking basic (ie pots, pans, spices etc). The furniture is old and not very clean.

The location is not too bad, 20 minutes to Rochester and next to grocery store

I would suggest they fix the switch for the vent in the bathroom along with replacing the pull chain for the bathroom lights.

They don't serve breakfast which they stated on their website. It didn't matter to me since there are many food establishments nearby with takeout orders.

I was happily surprised my room had a jacuzzi bath, until I saw how many parts of it were broken, and the blue fuzzy mold in the drain. I didn’t bother looking further and pretended I didn’t have a bathtub…

15 minutes by car from downtown Rochester. Friendly staff.
