Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesIt’s central heat/AC, which is fine. But the first night it was very cold in the room. But the heat was adjusted at some point and it was comfortable. There are also space heaters and fans in the room to help personalize the temperature though. The place isn’t a typical hotel, it’s more like an upscale hostel but with all private rooms and bathrooms, which I actually like a lot. But just note that there isn’t a true ice machine. But just bring ice packs for your coolers and there is a community fridge/freezer where you can store items and that worked out great :)
Corrine came every morning to cook fresh breakfast family style. It was so delicious and she was very friendly. Other guests were friendly and it was nice to talk about what everyone was doing in the area. The wrap around porch is also a wonderful spot to sit and watch the sun rise before a good day of hiking.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Our only complaint would be the second night, about 10:30pm, we were already asleep, and the furnace or air came in, waking us up, making a terrible sound! My husband went back to sleep, but I could not! I finally stuffed cottonballs in my ears, and managed to get back to sleep! I don’t think it ever shut off! The lady cooking breakfast was very nice and made a delicious breakfast.

United StatesI did not have more time to stay or to experience the firepit with a fire. I feel this would have made the whole trip to see the sky there at night.
Breakfast was delicious and lots of it. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Love the lock codes vs a room key. Easy check-in and out. Property feels like a hide a way.

United StatesThe woman who made breakfast was not at all pleasant and it seemed we were bothering her. We are from a big city and maybe it is so much safer in Moab but what we did not like is the security - the doors were often unlocked. There are locks on each individual room, which was great but the main door was often unlocked.
The rooms were very neat and tidy and the beds comfortable.

United StatesWe were in a downstairs room in late September and it was frigid in the room! It was so cold in our bathroom that ice poured in the sink before bed had not all melted by the next morning. We were told that in order to keep the ground level rooms comfortable the thermostat had to be set very low. Supposedly the management will be adding mini splits or something in the near future.
Loved the location, away from the traffic but close enough to everything. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable.

United StatesSeeing that this is a B&B, you can hear folks walking around in the bedroom above you. Also no way to control the room temperature, either a bit too cold or warm.
Large room and bathroom. Nice beds though softer than I prefer. Good home cooked breakfast.

United StatesWe loved everything!
This place is amazing. Located just outside of Moab it offers privacy, comfort and delicious breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The whole place has beautiful rustic decor, great common areas, including the kitchen and the dining room and in the evening you can sit outside on the porch, sip your wine and watch the sunset undisturbed. What else could you possibly need?

United StatesThe room was not very sound proof though as I could hear tv from neighbors through the night making it difficult to sleep. Also breakfast could have a little more flavor.
Breakfast was really good the first morning (sat) and so so the second (sun). I really liked the runny egg and fresh raspberry on French toast. The beds and pillows were comfy though and shower was really nice as well. I enjoyed meeting other travelers at breakfast. Coffee was good too! The proximity in to town and arches park was really nice.
