I didn’t like that the property didn’t have WiFi if I knew that from the get go I wouldn’t have chosen this property

Games we’re not fun to play for adults they all were not even on the floor so balls rolled . Adults no fun. Some pieces were missing. No fire pit 🔥. And found 2 Scorpions 🦂 on bottom floor would have been nice to no to watch out for them.

Wish the driveway was paved.

I loved the cabin! Sitting on the back deck having coffee early in the morning surrounded by nothing but trees was wonderful. When we arrived at the cabin there was a big black bear right out front which was so exciting but served as a warning to be aware of your surroundings. The cabin has a regular drip coffee pot (bring your own coffee & filters) small washer & dryer (dryer takes forever but does work-also bring your own laundry soap & dryer sheets) They brought us a new iron (old one was broken) Down stairs bathtub was stopped up and was fixed right away. I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay there again. Lots of turns getting back in to where the cabin is so get in before dark. We never used the hot tub or the game room but did play a little pool upstairs. This cabin has everything you need and is very close to town (Pigeon Forge) The town is amazing and has everything you can think of. From roller coasters in the mountains, to fast food, a grocery store, clothing, souvenirs, & tons of entertainment for the kids. I absolutely loved this cabin and I'm very grateful that we got to stay here.

Grill needs replace. Power kept tripping on hot tub. The pool table was Mis leading due to someone that shoots pool that isn’t a standard size table . That is a kids play table.

The house was filthy I had to call the cabin company to complain and get someone out to come clean the cabin. They sent out the cleaning crew, so they say, but it was still exactly the same when we returned. I took photos of the cabin before I made the first call for them to come clean and sent them to them, so they knew exactly what I found. So, to my surprise when we returned to the cabin to find nothing cleaned up, I was very angry. I called again and was told that there was nothing they could do because the cleaning crew already come out and cleaned. So, I took more photos and resent them showing that the same stuff was still filthy as well as sent additional photos of other stuff that was not cleaned up to par. I also had to call about the hot tub which they told me I needed to flip the breaker so after trying to flip every breaker in the house which the hot tub breaker box outside by the tub had exposed wires when I opened up the panel so I did nothing with it, none of the other breakers worked to turn it on so they sent the maintenance team out to fix it. It worked perfect that day, but the next day was the same exact thing. Last thing was there was no instructions on how to operate the projector downstairs with the DVD player. They setup was very dated and not easy to use. There is cable but only a few channels to pick from and absolutely no WI-FI or cell phone signal. They have an air hockey table in the house, but it is on its last leg the airflow barley was enough to keep the puck elevated off the table. Overall, the experience was not up to satisfaction considering how much money we spent to stay there.

The location was beautiful. Super quiet and very peaceful. Very nice view on the way up to the cabin.

The coffee pot was dirty,there were cobwebs on the stairs the windows was dirty,some of the pots & pans had to be washed before you could use them & the forks & spoons the spatula.the colander had rust on it. The fitted sheet would not stay on the bed. The t v in the living room we couldn’t get it to show

Dishwasher didnt work well and needs to be replaced. Large skillet wasnt good and warped so it wouldn't sit flat on the stove. Basement floor bedroom bedspread gave me the skeeves as it seemed really old. Living room furniture is old, too. Chair in bad condition. First time when staying at a place where basics were not provided. Will have to do better when I book next time. We flew, so having to buy coffee filters and even salt and pepper was disappointing. Bottom floor bedroom fitted sheet was not a king. Ripped big at the bottom of bed and I called to have it replaced. Cabins for you replaced it, but still did not fit. If I could include a pic I would. The sheets were old and also skeevy. Nice cabin, but not even a box of tissues and really sad DVD selection.

The parking situation . Gravel made it difficult to get into space after the rains

Cabin was clean. Plenty of entertainment with all the games. Hot tub was nice as well as the jetted tubs
