I really like the hotel amenities for example the pool, the pool bar and the Dj and live band. I did feel that the hotel was out dated and the room bathroom was really small. The front desk agents weren’t always welcoming, but other than that I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to the new updates that will be done.

We were in a room 7.13 which had a really loud plumbing noise (common to all the #13 rooms apparently). We were moved straight away after complaining but I really don't think they should let out these rooms without a warning to guests. The indoor lounge area was a bit drab and didn't use.

Outside bar and restaurant were really nice, staff were good both at the bar and waiting at tables. Was busy at dinner time and much quiet later. Direct access to the beach is a bonus.

400 a night for a "suite" is double what it should be. It was a standard room that was twice as long with nothing else. The restaurant was average.

New housekeeping rules need update procedures on how to handle rooms that won't call for housekeeping. Trash accumulates fast. Not requiring housekeeping until after 3 days doesn't mean trash doesn't need to be taken out. My humble suggestion would be that the facility would need to establish a process for trash pickup nightly or by next morning or have more accessible trash bins or maybe a chute at beginning or end of every hallway. Bag liners for the trash baskets need to be left similar to 2nd toilet paper roll (ready to go). Rental umbrellas for the beach were ran out by 10.45am, which was unexpected for a beachfront hotel, thankfully there were other independent renters nearby. Nightstand table lamp was burnt out. Also, reservation in this case was made explicitly for 3 adults, which should anticipate that the sofabed will be used; therefore a set of bedding sheets inside the closet would've been nice to have immediately available. Although the only 2 times we called for help, friendly staff showed up immediately, which was excellent.

Location was great. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Very clean facilities. Smiling faces from the front desk, to housekeepers walking by, to restaurant servers, and a very courteous porter. .

The food at the restaurant was a little pricy, but we thought it was good! Burgers for kids and a salad for me was fine. Given the current state of affairs of the food service industry, I didn't mind. It is not their fault. We still had friendly & timely service.

My kids and I needed a last minute getaway. We chose here because of the location of the beach, to outdoor pool and poolside dining. The staff was very friendly and accommodating- especially the outdoor waitstaff. We visited Kennedy Space station which was not too far of a drive and also checked out Ron John Surf Shop. We would definitely visit here again.
