didn’t eat there. asked for a room away from elevator and noice machine and room was rite outside the elevator. 506. place was nice. why pay 12 day for car when lot of open. ro right over air conditioner inuits. was so moisy

My reservations included breakfast with the additional fee that I was charged, but at the desk they said that it didn't.

Air con unit really loud outside our room which had negative impact on beach view Waitress at bar really miserable and not a people person.

We had an ocean front room. The restaurant is on the ocean side of the building. The air conditioning unit was directly under our balcony. The noise from the air conditioning unit was louder than the waves of the ocean. View was good as long as you didn't look down.

The lighting in our room was very dim/dark. Rooms would use some more lights, there was only one overhead light near the door and a couple lamps to light up the rest of the room so it was very dark especially at night or when storming. Definitely could use better lighting and the pillows were kinda flat. Need new pillows. But other than that the room was very nice! We enjoyed the view!

The 1st floor restaurant was excellent! Food was so delicious we ate there 4 times total during our stay. We did breakfast twice and dinner twice. The service was also excellent!!! The room was clean and comfortable! The views from our room (partial ocean views) were beautiful! Loved the balcony! We even got to see a launch from the Kennedy Space Center from right in front of our hotel on the boardwalk!

Charging for a beach chair and stuff

Good experience. But why do you have to charge for everything at the beach. It should be free for the guest and no breakfast either

We hot to hotel and checked in. We asked front desk for a luggage cart & front desk said, “hm… guess we are out.” We waited and she didn’t seem concerned. I had to complain because I have a bad shoulder and finally she left and found a cart. The next day we came back to our room and it was never cleaned. We called and asked for towels. Same thing happened the next day. We were out all day and we thought our room would have been cleaned. We paid extra for balcony and had a beach view, but between us and the ocean was all the HVAC units. Not a pretty view

Room was awesome! Comfy bed. Spacious room. Nice decor! Live music and DJ by pool was awesome!. The waiter in the restaurant was very good. Food was good and worth the money. Bar drinks yummy!

The property was beautiful. All of the amenities were fantastic. The pool was warm and enjoyable and the trip to the ocean is a very short walk with beautiful shores. Will definitely return thank you.

Extra services, i.e. beach chairs setvice disappointing. Paid for chairs till 4:30 pm, but young man put our personal items on the sand, and removed our chair when we went for a walk, and we arrived back at our chair at 4:00.

The rooms were very close couldn’t enjoy my music in my room guy next door was complaining🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ we spent our hard earned money as well!!!! But the stay was pretty cool!!!

The DJ was playing music way to loud right in front of the pool. Made us not use the pool.

Location to the beach

The pool is super small, usually a few drinkers always hanging around. Doesn't leave a lot of room for kids to play. Showers exiting the beach area wasn't working, this was super inconvenient! We didn't want to carry sand back into our room. Also had to pay an additional parking fee for each night, it was a basic parking lot.

Hotel was remodeled and rooms were nice and not as small as most. Access to the beach was easy.

The pool is extremely small. The fact that we have to rent for beach chairs and umbrellas is not good.

The fact that it is beachfront is great. The staff was friendly and helpful.
