ocean view room was mostly a view of a parking lot and metal mesh wall around very small balcony.

The restaurant is generally slow and we experienced some service issues. Balcony view is a parking lot unless you pay extra for a beachfront room. Beware the Starbucks prices - my daughter said it was double the prices elsewhere. I didn't like that housekeeping didn't come the whole four days we were there. When you are located on a beach, sand comes in on your shoes even if you washed off. The room has no carpeting so the floor got quite sandy.

The rooms are generic but adequate. The best part is the amenities. The hotel is on a nice beach with chairs & umbrellas available to rent. Restaurant food was above average. Pool is small but there are various deck areas that you can escape to. I found the beds to be firm and comfortable. There is a Starbucks in the lobby that also sold cereal, fruit and snacks. Staff was nice!

Staff were super friendly and the location of the hotel was good. Beach area was really nice. Seemed a lot less busy than other areas along the beach. Pool was heated which was great for kids.

The Tiki bar was staffed with one bartender for a large amount of people so the wait was long. Like 20-30 minutes long. The on-site restaurant is clean and pleasing. Wait staff plentiful. The wait for food was ridiculously long. 30 minutes for our appetizer and an additional hour after that for our meal. We would've left but we were pressed for time to catch the launch on the beach. The food- Buffalo dip was good. Cheeseburger was essentially basic frozen patties. The chicken fettuccine alfredo was horrible. The flatbread tasted like a frozen box pizza with too much flour in the crust. For the price, I was disappointed.

Location is perfectly situated on the beach but tons to do nearby. Beach furniture rentals avail for reasonable price. Good location for watching shuttle launches out of Cape Canaveral. Staff are super nice. Very clean hotel and room. Beds comfortable. Water pressure great. Laundry was also great.

Weird television situation here: the Samsung Smart tv had been dumbed down so it couldn't get on the internet, so no apps, no streaming, not even rental movies available. Strange. Watched our laptop for 3 days w big TV on the wall behind it, turned off.

I was a little disappointed we had to pay for parking. But that would not affect my rating for the hotel because I do understand why it is required.

The room was perfect! We loved the set up! The bed was comfy! A great view! Clean! I liked that there was also a fitness room and a Game Center. The employees were always very nice.

The ATM machine charged a $7.50 fee for a $300. Withdrawal. Go to a bank for a $3.00 fee. The Starbucks shop was so overpriced.

Breakfast not included and, when you order something for breakfast, it takes ages to come (whereas the breakfast room was almost empty). There’s another Hilton very close to this one, and Waze or Google Maps don’t seem to make the difference, so we ended up first in the other one.

Minor detail, but the layout of our bathroom was kind of annoying. The toilet was in the way of everything and yet the toilet paper was almost unreachable from it. Walls were a bit thin but fortunately we had no unruly neighbors. Would have been nice if the restaurant had sustainable seafood and didn't use plastic to go boxes.

Access to the beach was great. We liked the outside pool area and onsite restaurant had tasty food. The hotel was kept up well and rooms were comfortable. The staff were competent and courteous all around and even helped make sure we had a valuable returned that we left in the room.
