The pool was a huge disappointment! It was too small and at one point they even close it. I woke to the next day it being cloudy.

The beach is gorgeous! Nice pool bar/ grill and two walkways out to the beach!

Breakfast was disappointing for the value and waiter sit me by a window directly in the sun...I had to move myself..common sence was lost here Cable was out or so I was told for my entire stay..did they pay their bill? No body soap only face soap..went to front desk to get some only to be handed another bar of face soap..do they not know the diffrence? Luckily there was a Publix across the street so I could get the basic room annemities for my stay..because what I love about vacations is being inconvenienced by my hotel Walls were thin but fine as noise wasn't much of an issue Toilet paper was super thin..why Hilton why??? Thx for adding anxiety to my KSC vacation Hilton

The first encounter with the front desk was through a phone call. Deliberately hung up on me. I called back. Man apologised.Then hung up on me again the second time. My room was top dollar for a view of a parking lot. The hotel was not interested in cleaning our room because we were only staying three days. We were told rooms get cleaned every other day, but if you're leaving after the third day, the room cleaning can wait till tomorrow. We were able to get fresh towels from a maid by walking down the hall and asking for them. The pool area and outside bar were the bright spot for this hotel. I won't be back on the next Cocoa Beach visit. I could cut my hotel costs in half, and without losing any quality or comfort.

I saw a couple of small roaches in the bathroom, the hotel was really clean and smell good so I think was an isolated incident that I'm sure they will control it.

The location was great. The restaurant was really good and the server (host) was excellent, I don't remember her name but she contributed to building a really good moment. The beach front was really convenient, the pool bar tender great attitude! I really enjoyed staying here.

The parking lot is too far away from the rooms, which is very inconvenient. The pool is tiny, and it was constantly full of screaming children and drunk adults. The air conditioner was so loud every time it clicked on, that it awakened both my daughter and myself. Just a very mediocre experience, and I love Hilton!

The bartender, the bed, the convenient access to the beach, not much else. My daughter got sick from her salmon, which was ordered from the hotel restaurant, I explained this to the woman at the desk and I was not offered any sympathy or additional compensation. Very disappointing to bring a child on a vacation and she gets food poising from the hotel!

Room 404 should be discounted & you should be made aware when booking you can’t sit on the balcony due to the noise coming for the aircon units which the balcony looks directly onto. Can’t believe we paid extra for this disappointing room.

Lovely position, clean hotel lovely reception staff. Hotel looks like it has been refurbished in last couple of years nice entrance to the beach. If we had had a different room my rating would have been better but room 404 should not be charged for a sea view as you can’t use the balcony due to the noise coming off the air conditioning units which the balcony looks directly onto.

The only two things I didn’t like about the property was the small pool and that the beach chair rentals closed at 4:30 pm.

Everything was great! Isabella at the front desk was so helpful at check in. Restaurant and bar staff were friendly. Hotel over all was clean and everything smelled nice. Would definitely come back.

Paid for oceanfront and it was a great view But couldn’t hear the ocean! We were directly over the AC units for the building… it was so loud that we couldn’t even have a conversation on the deck! Very disappointed

The front desk employees (all) not very welcoming, always distracted by something (other employees, smartphones,…), I think they need more training by the management as they didn’t know when I arrived how to extend a stay and the agent was sighing on her computer, for an arrival I experienced much better from Hilton… (my advise). And the room, impossible to sleep as we can hear everything in the corridor, everyday I was waking up at 5:00am because of the noise… But for a short stay, this hotel is perfect but not worth it for the price

Staff was rude. Lady at check in ignored my request for a pack-n-play for the baby, I had to ask 3x and then someone finally brought it up to our room at MIDNIGHT!! Everyone was exhausted. Just awful experience!

I paid for partial ocean view, i received full view of the parking lot, i think i had the worst room in the entire Hotel. I stayed 2 days, the room gets cleaned every other day, so no fresh towels or anything, not a good value for the cost. Its not cheap
