My bill was more than what I booked and I had 2 charges on my card. I asked the hotel for an itemized bill and they could not give it to me. Booking.com can you?

I did not like that the tv was outdated. Nobody wants to watch regular channels anymore. They need to add streaming asap. Breakfast was also not good…I asked for eggs scrambled with cheese they literally threw two slabs of cheese on my eggs and hoped it melted which it didn’t. Bacon and potatoes were soggy.

Our coffee maker was broken, but we got it replaced immediately.

The location is as good as it gets, right in the thick of Times Square. We had an amazing view of the Empire State Building. The room was clean and up to date and the bed was very comfortable.

Lobby was somewhat dirty. Furniture needs replacing in lobby. Entrance is not inviting. Complimentary coffee was not good.

Well, I'm not leaving a bad review at all. My only issue was the price. Now I understand economics and pay to play 100% I paid well over $500 per night and have had cleaner, more comfortable rooms at a fraction of the cost. The bed wasn't really comfortable Now, this wasn't a bad stay. Just wasn't what I had in mind with a name like Hilton.

The location was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of Time Square. Easy access to Bryant Park, Empire State Building, 5th Ave ..... We love the fact there was an on-site restaurant that served breakfast at 7am. for us Early Birds. The staff was great as well, very welcoming and kind!

Elevators were broken the whole time. Fire dept had to be called twice and people were stuck for hours. Had to take the stairs down 32 flights with a 2 year old.

The room smelled musty when we we first came in.

The beds were so comfortable. It's awesome that they lock the main doors at night. I felt very safe. The hotel is in a great location. The staff had great recommendations for eating!

Rooms were tiny. Being a Hilton member, we typically get a bottled water on check in. They would not give us water because we booked through Booking. Seriously, at the cost of the room, they couldn't give out a couple bottles of water?!? We would stay there again, but they could be a bit more welcoming.

Location is awesome. Within easy walking distance to Port Authority Bus Station. Time Square just a few feet away. Rooms were tiny, but well appointed and very clean.

Nothing negative about my experience at the hilton

The room was spacious and a quiet location of the hotel away from the traffic noise. The bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very efficient and courteous and ensure the room was clean and tidy while we were away. The staff at breakfast was very efficient and helpful.
