Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The breakfast was not good potatoes were undercooked and didnt have much of a choice on type of food. The floors were dirty but to be expected with all the oil field workers that stay there
Location was great. Price for the room was great. It was very cozy.

Noise from oil field workers early AM, Light sleeper. Having to turn on knob to cook anything over 12/15 minutes. No dressers to unpack for extended stay.
Location of hotel to where worksite was. Water pressure was awesome. Price for the time.

I cannot really complain about anything. Staff are usually wonderful. The only thing is the remodeling but not a big deal.
Staff were all very nice. I did not eat breakfast but it looked great. The location is perfect as it is close to the casino. There are also good restaurants close by. The facility is being remodeled so it will be totally beautiful once completed.

I didn’t like that the floor in our room wasn’t swept or mopped As there was a dry contact and stuff spilt on the floor Also I did not enjoy having to keep getting our room card reactivated so we could get in our room every time we went out.
Room & bathroom both were very spacious . Breakfast was awesome!

Everything was perfect , except for no breakfast as a family of 6 we would have loved breakfast before heading out to the baseball fields. Online it did not say they were not having breakfast , it's said price included with breakfast... Other than that very well .

The tub needs nonslip strips added to it. I forgot to let management know.
It’s what I expected. It has been renovated in the last 1-2 years. The AC was super cold. Most needed for the 100 degree days that we were there!

Parking lot was a little weird but doable. Night clerk was rude. But that’s what you get when you hire kids now days.
Newly remodeled and they did an awesome job. Looks brand new.

Didn't like that the pool was closed. It had a roomie bathroom but not enough towels. The cleaning staff made so much noise that they were ment to wake you up.
Was Peaceful quiet all around the premises. Would of been better if breakfast was served. Staff fantastic with answering your questions. The price giving to me was great. Thank you

I was not to fawned about the employers attitude, they were rude and never got me what id go to the lobby and ask for.
The air conditioner in my room worked fantastic all night long. I absolutely loved and enjoyed how comfy the pillows and comforter were at this hotel.

The rooms feels very dry no sofa chair no other furniture nothing on the walls the tv was very small and you can’t open your blinds in the window down stairs if you do theirs no curtains so it’s dark in the mornings. It’s good just for one day stay.
The location is great but all the hotels at Hobbs are located in the same area, it’s new so it’s clean

The lady in the morning was rushing us to get out of the room before 11am called the room and said if we didn’t leave by 930 we would have to pay for another night. She had to lobby soaked in water that was very slippery.
The lady that checked me in the night I got in. Had Amazing costumer service fast and friendly
