No hot water for showering. Never anyone at the desk then on Saturday morning the whole front desk was closed. Asked for floor on first floor due to disability. Was put on third floor and hotel wasnt full.

The place is very simple and low quality. The facilities were lacking. The AC was very hard to get to the right temp. No kitchen utenciles or cookware and no kettle or coffee maker. When I asked the front desk they said I have to give the a deposit in order to get a set of pan, coffee maker and utenciles, which I did. The breakfast is not really a breakfast, it is a basket of bagged crackers and some coffee. That's it.

I stayed there for a week during Airventure. The room was big and comfortable. The location was OK.

Staff was hiding in the back room. Room wasn’t clean. There was yelling between people all night. Slamming doors. No one at the front desk to check out.

Had a hard time with room card, breakfast was a joke. Definitely needs a facelift No ice machine and had to ask at desk for ice trays or anything in the kitchenette, not convenient and for an introvert not gonna happen

The cleanliness, the worn out refrigerator and wood and other things. After two days there (I stayed for six nights) I asked if I could get housekeeping the next day. They informed me that they don’t clean rooms until you’ve been there at least two weeks. I know it’s an “Extended Stay” hotel but they know it’s used as a traditional hotel too. So in other words no housekeeping. I had to take my towels to the front desk to exchange them for clean ones. It advertises that you get a free breakfast. For breakfast they open this little cabinet across from the front desk and they had granola bars and bagged muffins. That’s it. That is your breakfast. The front desk area is extremely small so you could just about touch the desk and cabinet at the same time. Just horrendous. I should have left after two days. After the fact I’m upset with myself for not going somewhere else.

There was no car port. The room had an awful musty smell to it. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t shut the door unless you got behind the door first.

No public restroom, ( people need to use the restroom after traveling!!! ) The room was sprayed with air freshener and the air conditioning had a air freshener in it that smelled horrible. Not very clean, and the room had pet fur in it Our room had a very Lumpy bed. Upon arrival the desk clerk gave us a key to an already occupied room on the third floor, and we had to have our keys re-issued to a first floor room and move all of our things back downstairs ( theres only one elevator! ). Very minimal breakfast was provided, coffee, a muffin or a granola bar. The kitchenette that we were staying here at this hotel for had no dishes in it or silverware for use. Lots of weird activity going on around this place in the evening, I wasn't able to rest here at all and didn't particularly feel safe outdoors in the evening at this location.

Everything was horrible!! This place should not be on list for Booking. Com for hotel! No hand towels, no Kleenex, no toiletries, no coffee, no cups, no coffee maker!! Nothing! Front desk was closed till 10 am. They told us they catered to long stays!!! Then why is it a hotel!! False advertising! Please check on this establishment!!

No guest services at night. The room was not clean hair in the shower carpet disgusting the tv barely standing. The facilities has no amenities for the guess. No ice machine. The worst part is you have to pay for towels.

The bathroom tub would not drain, staff would not come look because housekeeping only comes every two weeks. Was going to be charged to seat bath towels. No hand towels. Had to buy plates. Silverware etc.
