We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWe booked this hotel because it had good reviews for the breakfast. We had an 8:55 flight and had to leave at 7 AM. The breakfast did not start until 7 am. This was very disappointing for an airport hotel. I am sure you have many guests that need to leave before 7am. The breakfast should start at 6 am for an airport hotel. We were very disappointed.

I liked the size and cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well with the pillows provided. I was also happily surprised by the size of the bodywash, shampoo and conditioner.
