Well it was still walking distance to very popular activity area.... The bed was very confy! Room was spacious ... bathroom comfy too.

The place was a bit runned down and it looked different than the pictures provided. Would have liked to have coffee in the room since we had a coffee pot and a separate sink like it was stated during booking. The beds on bunk were not made.

Street parking is literally a robbery. Charging for street parking overnight is sublimated american greed. Though, if I understand correctly parking has nothing to do with hotel.

Good location - close to the beach; places to eat are nearby. Room is nice.

The rooms were clean. Cute little bungalow. Stayed in room with two queen beds. Each bed was in a separate bedroom plus there was a kitchenette (microwave cupboards counter refrigerator) and a sitting area with a futon . They had beach chairs boogie boards and other accessories to use for the beach

I would not have changed much.

I loved the location. It was steps away from the beach which was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Anything we needed, they helped us with. I really enjoyed my stay.

Some things have changed since our first experiences, parking is no longer free, I miss the access to bicycles and there is a charge to check in early…

We have been staying at the Hollywood Beach Suites for years and have always been very satisfied. The staff are always courteous and assistive. Being so close to the broadwalk is a plus and the lounge areas between the rooms allow us to gather with family and make our stay even more enjoyable.

The cost has began to outweigh the value. Over the past seven years the maid service has went down from every day to twice a week. The cost has went up significantly.

It's a great location for the beach and boardwalk. The rooms are clean but no frills. A reasonable price for the location.

VERY Noisy A/C unit.

So close to boardwalk and beach, with large selection of places to eat and shopping. They offer you a beach towel and chair if you want at no charge. Staff was exceptionally well to work with. Cat will greet you at the door. Clean bathroom, larger shower than other places I have stayed at near this place. Taco restaurant one block away owned by owner of hotel. Gives a discount if you show your room card.

A bit difficult to find by car and parking is expensive. Expect to be bombarded by email about filling out forms from the time you book until you check out, and whatever forms you fill out, you will have to do it again at the front desk on arrival! Some rough characters hang out (and sleep outside) in the area, but they are far outnumbered by families enjoying the beach in the day and early evening.

Clean and pleasant (but very tiny) room on the beach block. Very walkable for visitors without a car. Surprisingly quiet given the loud bars on the nearby Boardwalk. Beach is gorgeous. Well run establishment with friendly staff.
