The towels are rough, scratchy. Also I am concerned that there was no hand sanitizer to use when the breakfast food was served (several people were coughing and sneezing, it’s that time of year)

The hot water in the shower was restricted. I had goose bumps when showering. After 3 nights and talking to the front desk twice it was finally fixed by maintenance. Front desk was initially not helpful in fact the guy told me I was out of luck since I booked through Booking.com!

Room cleaning is every other day, we always had to ask for more towels.

The waffle maker and I became best friends. After a few days it would have been a bonus if the selection changed a bit. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great value but if you’re staying for more than a week, variety matters.

The ice buckets were a bit beat-up and could stand to be replaced. It would have been nice to have some protein on the breakfast bar like cheese or hard-boiled eggs.

We thought the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The whole place was clean and looked updated. The kitchenettes were well-stocked and we especially appreciated the toaster. The bed was very comfortable and it was easy to control the temperature of the room. It was so quiet there. It's just up from the freeway, but you couldn't hear it at all.

We were concerned about security and safety of our vehicle in the parking lot. There were no problems but There were people hanging around that didn’t seem to be hotel occupants

The only problem I had was I had to catch an early flight in Seattle and there was no coffee ready. He said it would be about five minutes, but I really couldn’t wait that long.

This is a great place to stay in Bellingham. The staff is always helpful and the kitchen is stocked for basic cooking. If I’m staying for a longer time are usually ask for the induction burner to use in the kitchen so I can do more than microwave cooking. Everything about the room is comfortable and will set up.

The pool and sauna water was a bit dingy, the game room was not operational, there were some missing kitchen appliances we needed, and we were put in a room next to a main entry exit ( super noisy. )

We liked the pool and the size of the room. We also liked free parking and breakfast! The gym was clean!

The couch bed awful the metal string could be felt. Pool an Jacuzzi dirty water green/brown. An area in pool filthy honestly I can see why barely was in the pool got my kiddos in pool but Jacuzzi was the dirtiest!!!

I deeply consider COVID is still a concern as well as the Flu. My biggest concern with our stay was the lack of hand sanitizer in the dispensers!!!!! It’s even a stated notice at the Reception desk to use hand sanitizer! Also, the dispenser was empty at the breakfast serving area!! It’s important to have the dispensers.

I liked having the home-like kitchenette in the suite. Allowed us to have Thanksgiving leftovers with family.

Good location, very clean, room was better than expected, had nice kitchenette with good size refrigerator with freezer.

We had no problem checking in and getting the key to the room. However the following day my husband went downstairs to buy snacks and tried to charge to the room and was told we weren't in the system. Turns out we were in the system as "no show", which makes no sense as we had gotten a key and I charged my card when I checked in at the hotel. Regardless we were taking a nap and since we were considered a no show the hotel double booked our room and the next guests to stay opened our door with their key. We didn't even stay that night and left a night early. The girl who checked us out said she accidentally marked us as a no show and said she would refund us the night we didn't stay. We still have yet to be refunded. Getting woken up from a nap by people trying to barge into your room is the opposite of a relaxing stay. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

The only thing I didn’t like was there was no bath tub, just a shower. But it’s not a big deal.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We only stayed for one night but we would come back here again!

Nothing that we can think of in regards to the accommodations. It would be nice if the breakfast included more options for people on like a vegan diet. Or maybe some more fruit.

We loved how dog friendly this hotel was. It's hard when we travel with our fir baby finding derriere places to stay. Also really loved the kitchen so we could cook for ourselves. Makes traveling more adorable.
