This is really being picky, but, perhaps bolder coffee..

This year old (?) property was nicely designed and had the amenities of home! We could even grill out if we wanted! Staff was friendly. Quiet ! The mattresses were SO comfortable we slept like babies! Loved the self serve breakfast ! We'll be back! Thank-You for a nice stay!

Nothing. If I was forced to say something, I would say maybe easier access to ice bags but the staff had them up front and were happy to give them to us.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was huge, comfortable and very clean. The food offered for the breakfast was far better than I thought it would be and very delicious.

We got a 1 bedroom suite for 2 adults and 2 children to allow a separate area for the kids. The room didn't have pillows for the pull out sofa (which was not comfortable at all) or a remote for the second TV. Staff were helpful in fixing these things, but it would have made more sense for the room to already have them.

The staff were very helpful. Despite being full, they took time to chase down extra pillows and remote for our room. They were friendly and didn't make it seem like an inconvenience. The room and lobby were clean and were nice areas to hang out in (including outside areas). The pool was small but clean. The room had a lot of things for a comfortable stay, especially if we had been staying longer.

Easy to find, spacious rooms, great value.

The property was perfect. We absolutely lived the room, it was very spacious with lots of extra amenities, like the automatic shade, the light by the closet and the curtain on the closet. A lot of plugins for electronics. Very comfortable bed and couch. We could not have asked for a better room. We felt spoiled!!

The breakfast area was not kept stocked. Out of napkins, no plates. Had to ask. This was the only area that didn't match the quality of the hotel.

Room smelled like dog and noticeable stains in carpet. Asked for new washcloths after day 2 and was told there were none clean.

Uuugh...the main one was the cleanliness. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was recycling in the room's recycling bin and stains of the bathroom floor from a spill and HAIRS on the sheets,

The breakfast stood out as significantly different from other hotels we've stayed in.

When approaching the front desk clerk to check in, I was ignored instead of greeted. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7am to 10am on Saturday morning. We went down at 9:03am and Things were put away. Another person approached and was told the employee was trying to leave for a funeral. Yet another customer came down for breakfast and complained. She was catered to and offered food from the back.

I loved the room. Beds were so comfortable. Room was very clean and spacious.

We booked this hotel for our kid's to swim while family was in town and the pool was down. It wasn't posted anywhere one till we complained the pool down then they posted online. For what we paid for this room and pool we could have went somewhere else and been able to make sure our 3 kids where happy. They manager just said sorry it down and then went to proceed to post it on line the pool was down... very said for a brand new hotel and or what we paid to stay there

When we checked in at 8:30 at night no one was at the front desk. There was a sign up that said “be back soon”. So we were tired and could not check in. The room said one bedroom suite and it was really one room with a curtain down the middle. That’s false advertising.

Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

New property, still working out bugs (as of 9/25/23) -- most noticeable is that furnishings are still outgassing. Would wait a few months to stay here if sensitive or bring a good air filter.
