Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast very ordinary
Location is great, roam was comfortable and clean . Breakfast was ordinary ! The yogurt machine didn’t work ! Eggs were cold .

Strong smell in the room upon arrival. It kind of went away by the second day but was still enough to notice. Crumbs left all over the elevator lobby and outside rooms.
Close to many restaurants and was close to the wedding we were attending. Room was ready upon check in. Black out shades were perfect for our toddler napping. Great kitchen, large fridge.

There were hairs in the shower. There was an earplug on the floor just under bed. There was only one chair available to use at the dining table. Adding a folding chair to one of the cabinets would be a great addition
The location, staff and environment was amazing. We loved the room setup and decor.

We booked a king room with one bed and had to settle for a room with two double beds when the property lost our booking

The room was nice. It was clean.
Because of his policies and his ideas, the guidelines and staying at the facility is horrible. I was charging extra night, which I did not even stay because I only needed a two hour late check out and they did not honor that so I was very disappointed in in the staff, not trying to accommodate or to, resolve the problem

the kitchen had used unwashed utencils in the sink and the shower was not cleaned correctly

The smell of our room and bathroom was not clean. The shower was very slippery. The elevator should have been in the middle instead of at the end of the halls. Long way tou walk if your on the other end like us. A little pricey.

The bedding was really uncomfortable. What should have been a fitted sheet on the bottom did not stay in place and bunched up every time you moved. Also, it was hard to regulate the temperature in the room at night.
The staff were the best!!! All of them so friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was more than expected and since we had family there we truly enjoyed being able to share breakfast each morning together.

The breakfast was acceptable, but better options for my vegan spouse would have been appreciated. The TV in the room was difficult to navigate, though that seems to be typical of hotel TVs these days. Given that this was an off-season mid-week stay at a property in a small town, not particularly close to the major attractions in central Florida, I thought this site shouldn't have been quite so pricey. But I'd probably pick it over other area options again, because it was an excellent and pleasant hotel in a good location for us to visit family in the area.
The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated the high-end desk chair, which had excellent back support. Lots of other small touches were appreciated throughout, like the lemon water in the lobby. The shower was pleasant and in good shape. The thermostat seemed to function well. Appreciated the full fridge and microwave in the room, even though this was a short stay. I'll keep that in mind when I return to this area later for a longer trip.

The smell in the room was bad. Went to Walmart to get some spray to spray the room. Maybe it was the carpet. What every it was, it wasn't a pleasant smell.

Nothing specific.
Cleanliness and comfort characterize the stay. While the breakfast is satisfactory, but eggs are not freshly made. The standout feature is the excellent staff, and the surroundings are perfect for walking a dog.

We had car trouble so I had my wife taken to the hotel while I stayed with the car. They wouldn't let my wife check in without me being there. Had to call the hotel but they kept putting me on hold. Not happy about that. Also, I had to take a cold shower one morning because there was no hot water. It was fixed later that day. Finally there was a lot of noise in the area around the hotel. Sounded like a garbage truck picking up trash every night when we went to bed. It wasn't a garbage truck but I never did discover the source. It did eventually put you to sleep.
Best thing about this hotel was the staff. All the staff we met were friendly and pleasant.
