You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe door to our room was broken and no one came to look at it. It was open when we checked in and had to be pushed very hard to even close. The shower knob was broken and the hooks to hang towels on were broken. The room was not very nice for the price. We had much higher expectations for our stay. And 19$ per night to park is extremely high.

I love the comfort of the room. Very clean. They have a body wash and shampoo pump in the shower. The body wash was empty. The continental breakfast was so delicious. The employees were very polite and courteous.

United StatesThe furnishings seemed dingy and the rug was very stained. the lock on the door to the bathroom malfunctioned and had to be opened from the outside by my partner. We noticed a slight shaking of the floor and after reporting it to the staff, we were told that this happens when the laundry is functioning. We wondered about the stability of the building. Also, when we entered our room, the temperature was very cold at 60 degrees. Uncomfortable and a terrible waste of energy.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and get. settled. We greatly appreciated this.

United StatesMy family came down w stomach bug the night before date of stay...I talked to booking .com and they said it was up to the hotel to not charge me...after 3 calls without being called back...the manager told employee to tell me they could not waive the charge or give me credit...very disappointed in the service..for sickness I would think you would not charge my card for a full night's stay! Or least give us a night's credit for another time...
