Extremely dirty bathrooms in 2 different rooms, no toilet tissue and had to go and get it. Dirty and worn carpet and furniture. Took pictures to show check- in. They seemed aware of problems and still assigned us to a second room that was dirty. Not sure beds had even been change as they looked sloppy.

Not much! After 2 dirty rooms, we lost our appetite to try breakfast.

For unknown reason this time around, the EV charging was severely throttled (~10 miles per hour). I had to recharge my tesla in the nearby supercharging station in the morning. This totally defeated the purpose of staying at this location, if the overnight destination charging isn't sufficient for me to drive next morning. We checked in around 1:30am. We did call in advance to let the receptionist know that we will be late (after midnight). To our surprise, our reservation was cancelled when we arrived at the premise.

This place had been our regular in the past few years. We choose this place because of EV charging and the ability to accommodate late check-in (after midnight).

Took over an hour to check in, hair in shower, neighboring rooms tv’s super loud, lots of hallway traffic and audible doors opening/closing, staff never super interested in making me feel valued and welcomed.

The drawers hadn't been dusted in a long time with hairs and dirt, including one drawer that had a dead spider in it, so I didn't want to put any of my clothes in the dresser. The shower is so unstructured with completely ineffective moisture barriers that water would glance off your body through the quickly soaked shower curtain and not only flood the bathroom floor, but seep around the corner to the kitchen. I didn't know if the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty or clean. The electric blinds were not user friendly and difficult to manage. The couch was threadbare with stains and crumbs and frayed upholstery. The sofa bed mattress was minimal standard, seemed quite old, and none of this was worth the $200+ per night price tag, and certainly not worthy of being considered a high standard experience. Maybe this facility is more for longer business stays, and business travelers staying for longer periods have lower expectations (?, my only guess), but I certainly hadn't had an experience like this recently. If these problems are a result of staffing problems, then I apologize. I don't want to demoralize people, but I was really surprised that I was staying in a Hilton. And I really feel taken by the amount of money I paid for this experience.

Shower water was warm, but not hot, and the shower head sprayed all over the place getting the floor wet, but it was hard to get myself wet. it was also noisy from thin walls and outside traffic. I’m assuming the other side of the hotel was more quiet.
