The beds were too hard, but that’s my preference. Also, I wish the rooms had safes in them.

Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher, possibly from previous tenants. Although the room appeared fairly clean, the carpet, which didn't appear too dirty, was actually quite dirty. Just walking barefoot on it a few seconds a few seconds and the bottom of our feet were blackened with dirt. With as little as they did to clean the room during our stay, I can see how.the floor may get a bit dirty. It may just be time to get the carpet professionally cleaned. While the rooms are supposed to be serviced every other day, ours was only serviced once during our five days stay. Even after asking about that after receiving no service for two full days, it wasn't until our fourth day they actually came in to take out trash and change towels and make the bed. The room was a bit humid and had a musty smell because of it. While the air conditioner functioned pretty well, there seemed to be no way to feet rid of th humidity.

Breakfast was good. Convenient location with plenty of space in room. Nice to have the small kitchen with sink, dishwasher and dishes. Beds were comfortable.

The mattress on the pullout couch could be better. You could feel the frame and it wasn't comfortable at times. the pullout couch needs 2 pillows and an extra thick blanket. When my husband checked in the staff was not pleasant to him.

The location was great. We didn't spend our days in the hotel so our experience is based on our nights there.

The breakfast wasn’t that great. Definitely need another (or two more) waffle makers and the pool was down during our stay. Also there are no overhead lights in the rooms, just lamps so it was kinda dark

Our room microwave was broken, so we had to go to the lobby. They did offer to fix it, but we declined as we were checking out the next day. There was a gas smell in the pool area where all of the dryers vented. The night receptionist wasn’t the friendliest or most patient person, especially compared to the other staff we encountered. I do not hear very well and she was visibly annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself. Not a deal breaker, but I was glad another review mentioned that there was no conditioner in the shower.

It was clean, spacious, large tv, curtain divider, stocked kitchen, nice breakfast, tea/coffee bar was available all day. Great location, near a lot of places to eat and a shopping strip.

My other observations-although this hotel was nicer and newer then many I’ve recently stayed at- it still didn’t fully meet my expectations for clean. There was a air vent in the room that was filthy. The shower had pubic hair in it. The breakfast hours where only 6-9 and nothing to speak of for someone with a gluten allergy. The front desk man I talked to prior to arrival was rude to me and very unhelpful but the check in and check out ladies where friendly and component. Small pool. Summary- overall it was good. Still room for some improvement.

I understand about covid but I think housekeeping can still check to see if you need any toiletries even it the customer doesn't request service. They should still check to see if they are ok.

The breakfast was ok? And the elevator was out several times but they took care of it as quickly as they could.

The shower water pressure was not very good at all... the body and shampoo dispensers in the shower wall were completely empty.... the drawer where the hair dryer was, was full of hair and dust really gross. I had to clean it with lysol wipes before I used it....there weren't extra blankets, not enough paper towels.

I like that the halls, elevators, and rooms did not smell bad...our room was fine AC and thermostat worked extremely well.... it was very pleasant.....

It ran out of shampoo in the dispensary. You could tell that it was a dog friendly hotel.
