Lower ceiling as compared to other Home2Suite hotels in other cities. Not bath tub.

Location. Right off the hwy. Many restaurants options around. Close to the airport, downtown, and shopping district. Free parking. Indoor pool w/ warm water.

The toilet in the room I stayed in kept flushing on its own. I would wake up in the middle of the night worried that someone else might be in the room and had just flushed the toilet. It gave me a bit of a scare.

I liked that it was very close to a lot of places. I was by myself so it was important that I stay somewhere accessible, safe, and quiet.

The pool was cold. Also, the floor in the pool area was ridiculously slippery when it was wet. Maybe add some sort of texture to the flooring to help with traction? I saw two kids wipe out hard.

The staff were amazing. Our family gathering of 18 people turned into a poorly planned pizza party in the lobby and the staff were super sweet about us using the hotel dishes and making a mess. The cleaning staff were also friendly even after I accidentally startled one of them in the hallway. Y'all have great employees.

I loved the overall welcome and vibe of the place. I loved that it was buisness like but yet family oriented. My kids enjoyed it very much. I also didn't know that there was dish ware and a full fidge and dishwasher. That surprised me. But the room was perfect!!! I will definitely be coming back again sometime very soon!!!

I Love the Home2 Suites and this was no exception. They are always clean and very comfortable. I always look for a Home2 whenever I travel. This stay was a bit pricier then normal but there was a lot going on in town that night.

The beds were small in the queen suite with 2 double beds. There was no extra blanket in the room, and the pillows were lumpy and flat.

The amenities were great, and I love the tea/coffee station in the lobby. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were nice with the big bottles attached to the wall of the shower. The water pressure was good. There were vanity kits and Lotion in the lobby and pool bathrooms.

Grandkids loved the pool but the floor tiles are very slippery even when barely walking.

No real concerns. Maybe the breakfast area was a bit crowded but renovations are scheduled so that might change.

The staff were all accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh with a changing variety of breakfast sandwiches, bowls and omelets. Good location for travel, shopping and restaurants.

Everything was perfect.

Everything!!!! The staff were so kind, the room was clean and offered EVERYTHING!! It was a pleasant surprise to see a full functional kitchen with plates/dishes, silverware, toaster and even a dishwasher!!! Amazing!!! It has become our FAVORITE place to stay.

The only negative was at breakfast we got 2 new milk cartons for cereal for my kids, and when I opened them they weee both curdled. it was difficult to eat after that.
