I like the property however when I got there they were not able to find my reservation. I had a confirmed reservation with bookings and it was no where to be found. I sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes, called booking, booking spoke with front desk and still nothing was resolved. I’m pissed and will never book with booking.com

United StatesI was placed in a room designed for handicapped occupants. I did not request this, nor am I handicapped. OK There was no phone in the room, really? That speaks to the lack of quality control. No big deal they put it on the maintenance list. The hotel wifi TV had severe latency issues and would stop working every 10 minutes. I spoke to the front desk and their response was "Our internet sucks". Good answer. Lastly, the bathtub was so slippery I fell. This, in a handicapped suite? So their concept of a handicapped-equipped room is to make it a death trap. Any tub should have a non-slip surface. Seriously, I broke a rib and my left arm has soft tissue damage. I spoke with hotel management and they said they would conduct an investigation. Needless to say, they refuse to respond or give me any information as to the status or outcome of their internal investigation. Nor have they contacted me about my injuries or well-being. The problem with the TV is persistent as you can read from previous reviews and has never been remedied. So, if you are looking for a room that is poorly maintained, dangerous, and hotel management with a lack of interest. Go ahead and take a chance. Oh, and by the way check their response to previous guest complaints. They ask you to spend your money and take another chance.

United StatesThe lady is working at the reception desk was not up to the job, we arrived and ask her if there is any availability and she said yes the after about 30 mins of trying to get a room she told us there is a problem with the system so we have to book the room online we did that and after 15 mins of waiting she told us our reservation just showed up and we have top pay 150 $ I told her I already paid that amount through the website and she checked again and told us that booking.com only paid them 112 and we have to pay 38 to have the room plus 10 as a security deposit after long argument I did pay that to get our room after a long drive , I called booking.com and they told me that they received the money and they will talk to the manager, after calling the manager they returned the money back.
