Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Food service as described above.
The staff was unprepared for the number of guests eating that morning....out of most everything at 830 -845. Coffee empty, eggs gone, no real options for those with specific food allergies/preferences. There was a large group of high school age guests with parents and family members. Regular Coffee was gone, as well as oatmeal, eggs, bagels. It just seemed as though there was no anticipation of amount of food that would be needed.

We found some evidence of poor vacuuming. It did not appear that all storage was checked as items found from previous occupants. I overheard clerk talking to someone on phone looking for lost item. Thorough checks of all cabinets may have ensured item had been found. Eggs were only protein option at breakfast... it would have been nice to have sausage or bacon! Otherwise, good meal!
Comfortable rooms and beds. BR was very nice. We had a lot of fun in pool!

The parking garage gate didn't work with my key card and asked for help each time leaving. Breakfast and coffee wasn't out but it was at the Hilton connected instead?

The thermostat was a problem keeping on heat mode, it kept going to a/c cooling mode.

Everything was great except for a breakfast sandwich I tried one morning that was inedible. The dining area is also very small and two of the mornings there were no places to sit (including the adjacent lobby seating.)
Love the location. Easy to get in to from the parking garage. The room was clean and very nice, had more than I needed with the kitchenette.

Would give breakfast a C + . didn't seem to be an attendant nearby monitoring consumption. 2 containers of coffee were the same and they were both out when I came around 8:30. I think just having someone visible at all times even if just a short swing through the dining room. Eggs were luke warm and I probably took the last portion.

That people could smoke out where the fire pit was. We wanted to go out and enjoy it in the evening but several people were out there smoking and we couldn’t take it.

The breakfast buffet was not attended too. Breakfast items were not replenished. I went to the front desk to inquire about bread and orange juice, where the breakfast attendant was chatting. She was not very friendly to me, did go to the kitchen, never fixed the oj dispenser while we were there. Forget about no oj but the water from that machine was running out onto the floor. I will say, the front desk staff, morning and evening, where very friendly and helpful!

Problem exiting the parking garage. Room Key did not work when exiting- had to call garage company to resolve.

Breakfast food was not good. Fruit old, too many remade breakfast egg items that did not look appealing(also, all had meat), eggs served separately were under cook, toaster did not work well, too much waste with plastic silverware and disposeable dishes, You are trying to do too much with the breakfast and should just concentrate on less choices but done well.
Nice and clean room and hotel in general.
