Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was perfect for our weekend getaway. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure which is a bonus!

We complained 5+ times over our 3 night stay due to a dog barking across the hall at all hours of the day while we were re hardly in our room, the "service dog" (as listed with the hotel desk) Would bark constantly. It was so bad that you could hear it across the hall, down the hall, and over the dishwasher and television. The front desk did very little about this. Very disappointed to have paid, brought my team with 10+ rooms booked, and to have had this poor experience that impacted wvwryone

No one informed us of the neighborhood, very run down. I didn't feel safe outside my hotel room. Had to leave my vehicle in an unattended parking garage a block away that you had to pay 20$ a day for. I asked for the pan to cook, and that's the only size available. No paper towels, and housekeeping didn't have them on their cart. The breakfast, stone cold. The hotel is clean, the night staff is amazing, day staff didn't acknowledge us. You have to keep your key card in the kitchen lights to use them.

Its is odd that this is a Hilton property just behind another Hilton property. Water failure each morning of Dec 31st and again no water in am Jan1. Reported it to the front desk. Once water was restored on Jan 1st outage 2hrs later, it came out disgusting yellow w much sediment. Who w shower, drink or even brush teeth w that? No explanation from staff. Main dish sink in our room drained very slowly as the sink disposal did not work so water drained poorly. Housekeepers collected all trash on Dec 31st from our 5th floor but left all full garbage bags piled at hall elevator areas for >24 hours. Kind of messy for a Hilton property. Parking in garage. $20/day is ok but VERY CLUMSY FRUSTRATING KEY CARD/ parking ticket system. Key card should suffice, instead of 2 step key card/ parking ticket aggravating arrangement.
Free breakfeast comfortable room. Close walking distance to downtown activity.

Reception staff wasn’t really looking friendly! They deducted 53$ from my credit though it was returned back later but I didn’t understand why such hotel doing this to the clients! Even they didn’t apologize for the mistake, and while I was asking them for the refund they kept saying because this has been booked through a third party (booking.com) and they should make a profit on the customers!! So weird. I believe they need more training to get with the customers regardless the way of booking but it’s the hotel reputation and they should treat guests gently. This was an experience that changed my mind to stay in this hotel again.
The location was good and walking distance to the downtown area.

It’s a very nice building but I felt they didn’t keep the main floors cleaned all the time, but for there defense we had a few snow storms and people track a lot of salt into the lobby and eating area.
We really liked how the building layout. You parked across the street in a parking ramp that had a enclosed walkway crossing back over the street into the building. You are protected from the weather all the way to the lobby. The breakfast was great because they changed it out every day. Room very nice and comfortable. Had a nice doggie area to take our puppy to.

It would be nice if there was a couple more tables for people to sit and eat breakfast at.
Breakfast was great. Had a lot of options for everyone. Employees kept the area picked up too.

The swimming pool does not have towels for users so the hallways and elevators were constantly wet and slippery

They didn't have the room I booked ready when we got there and we were advised they didn't know when it would be. We are given another room with no discount for the inconvenience of not having the room we originally booked. I feel that's tacky.

Kids loved the hotel, rooms, pool and gym. Served a tasty breakfast that each of us found something we liked. Staff were helpful and had excellent referrals for activities. Town has developed alot since visiting last. Streets felt safe and friendly.
